About the home

This is a nicely decorated and furnished one bedroom flat on the seventh floor of a luxury seafront hotel, just across from the beach and close to the shops in the city centre. It is ideal as a holiday rental on a self catering basis. 3 day Short Breaks accepted.

All under the same roof you have an indoor heated swimming pool and luxury gym along with a restaurant and lounge bar. Two lifts take you to the seventh floor. The flat will sleep up to four people with the use of a double bed settee. It is ideal to be rented on a self catering basis for holidays, conferences and business purposes.

Within the building there is an underground indoor heated swimming pool and luxury gym. Use of these facilities costs £10 per day and are arranged direct with the Leisure Centre.

For bookings of at least two weeks there will be a weekly change of linen and towels. 3 day and 4 day short breaks can be taken out of season. These cost 75% of the weekly rate(3 days) and 85% of the weekly rate(4 days).

The South East England / Sussex region

There are many castles, gardens, stately homes to visit all within an hour's drive of Brighton & Hove. Also miles of sunny coastline will provide interest to adults and children alike. The South Downs is, of course, famous and there are many interesting walks to be enjoyed on the South Downs.

The Brighton and Hove / Central Brighton area

In the cosmopolitan city of Brighton & Hove you have a great many restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. For entertainment there is the Theatre Royal, The Dome and the Brighton Centre.

For beach lovers you have a choice of beaches for miles in ether direction. Mostly you will find sand at low tide.

The Brighton Pier(formerly called the Palace Pier) is a very popular attraction as is the Royal Pavilion.

The City of Brighton & Hove is easily reached by train or car. There is a fast and regular rail service from London to Brighton and also there are services East(to Lewes and beyond) and West(to Worthing and Portsmouth).

By car you take the A23 from London/A25 - and this road takes you straight into Brighton by the seafront. There are also access roads along the A259 from both a Westerly and Easterly direction.
