This is an extraordinary seaside apartment situated in probably the nicest conservation area of Brighton and Hove. You are a stones throw from many bars and restaurants and shops on Western Road, as well as the seafront.

The apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard to ensure that you have a boutique-hotel standard 5 star stay in this wonderful city.

The enormous drawing room has three large floor-to ceiling sash windows, together with original shutters, a 40 inch LCD TV with an Hi Definition Blu-Ray player and a selection of movies , an iPod dock for you to enjoy your own music, and is designer furnished including an Eero Saarinen table and chairs.

There are two double bedrooms, one en-suite, furnished with memory mattresses, outrageously comfortable duck feather pillows, clad in finest Egyptian Cotton linen to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.

There is a sleek all-black fitted kitchen, including granite worktops, glass splashbacks, integrated Smeg oven and hob, a large fridge and freezer. The kitchen has been furnished with every accessory you are likely to need for your stay- from champagne flutes to all the kitchen utensils you are likely to need.
There are two ultra-chic bathrooms (one is an en-suite).

The South East England / Sussex region

The rolling hills of Sussex are within easy reach, so is the beautiful coastline of South England.

Excellent transport links take you to and from central London within 1 hour by train, half an hour to Gatwick Airport.
Along the coast, you have the White Cliffs to the East.

Nearby towns and Villages (Lewes, Hassocks etc) are very charming. There are also extensive bike lanes that take you along the coast as well as through the hills.


Brighton and Hove / Brunswick area

Brighton and Hove is a special place on England's coast. Not only does it give you everything you expect from an English seaside resort (pier, seafood, seafront rides etc), but it also has unparalleled shopping, dining and night-life.

It has large swathes of listed buildings, and being on the southernmost coast of the United Kingdom, weather is warmer too.

Brighton never leaves you stuck for things to do. Every weekend there are things happening along the beach. Whether it's a French market, a pop concert being recorded for a TV station, or a Mini Cooper convention or a visiting circus- it is always buzzing.

Internationally renowned DJ's play the local nightclubs.

Near the apartment there are many pubs, and restaurants. There are also many convenience stores that are open 24/7, and supermarkets selling food from all over the world.

London Gatwick airport is about half hour drive, or train ride away. Budget airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair fly from there to all over Europe. British Airways, Continental and many other airlines use London Gatwick too.
London Luton airport also has direct train links to Brighton and is also used by budget airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair.
There are direct trains from St Pancras International (for Eurostar connections), as well as from London Victoria and London Bridge.
By car, Brighton is easyly reached via the A23/M23. It takes around 45 minute to reach the apartment from the M25.
