This spacious apartment will sleep 6 people in comfort but with a bed settee an additional 2 people can be accommodated.
The seafront and therefore the beaches are but a 'stones throw away' and all the amenities for entertainment, shopping and eating are close at hand. In the building there is an indoor heated swimming pool and gym.
The cost of using these facilities comes to £10 per person per day. It is possible to use one facility in the morning, go away and then come back to use another facility in the afternoon. The cost of renting this apartment includes the use of the car park under the building for one car only. There is WIFI Broadband available and also SKY TV with some sports channels.

The South East England / Sussex region
The South East of England is a relatively dry part of the UK. There are many places of interest all within one hour's drive of Brighton & Hove where most of our self catering properties lie.
Gardens, Castles, Parks, The South Downs, The Seaside, Rivers, Pubs and, of course, a whole host of fabulous restaurants.
Brighton and Hove / Brighton Seafront area
There is so much to see and do in the Brighton area - The Royal Pavilion in the centre of Brighton is a must, followed by a visit to the Lanes.
A number of theatres/show venues exist offering high quality plays and musicals. Although most of the beaches are basically pebble at low tide there is an abundance of sand.
The port of Newhaven is a short car ride away and from here you can travel for a day trip to Dieppe in France. During May the whole city is taken over by the annual festival. There are many attractive downland villages to visit all within a hour's drive of Brighton.
How to get there
The Sunset Apartment sits on the seventh floo r(with two lifts) in the centre of Brighton on the seafront. It is very close to the Conference Centre, The Hilton Metropole and The Grand Hotels.
The Apartment is very easy to get to - It is a short walk from the main line railway station and also the bus/coach station. Shops/restaurants are all around and the newly developed Churchill shopping Mall, nearby, is very popular.

Further details indoors: The kitchen and sitting room/dining area are all open plan. One of the bathrooms is en-suite and there is also a downstairs separate WC and wash hand basin.
On this floor there is the main bedroom(with twin beds) and the en-suite bathroom as well - everything else is one flight of stairs up to the eighth floor. This apartment is an ideal Self Catering base for holiday makers, business people and conference delegates alike.
Further details outdoors: There are two balconies to the apartment - one faces the East and catches the morning sun. The other one is decked and faces West from which you can see the sea and also right across Brighton & Hove towards the South Downs and Worthing. This is the view that gives you wonderful sunset views - Summer and Winter(except for the month of September). Under the building there is a car park and the rental cost of the penthouse apartment includes use of the car park on the lower floor for one car only.
This is an ideal base for holidaymakers , business people and conference delegates alike who are looking for accommodation of a Self Catering basis in the centre of Brighton.

Mostly bookings are for a week or two at a time but extra length bookings can be taken with a small discount.
Likewise we can take short breaks or three or four days. These will cost 75% and 85% of the weekly rate.
There is a returnable damage/cleaning deposit to be held for every booking and this amounts to £200 plus - if the car pass is required - an additional £60 to be held to ensure that it is safely returned at the end of the let.
The apartment will sleep an extra two people on a bed settee. Use of this facility will cost £75 per person per week.
Conditions
A booking deposit is payable upon booking. The balance and returnable damage/cleaning deposit are both payable one month before the start of your stay.

For the two Easter weeks please add £25 per week. Payment can be made in £- Sterling, US Dollars or Euro. For the late May Bank Holiday please add 50 pounds for the week. It is possible for groups of 4 people to occupy the property by using the top two bedroms only at a specially reduced rate. All the above rates allow for one car to be parked in the secure underground car park - a very worthwhile point given that you are located right in the centre of Brighton on the seafront.
The apartment will sleep a further two people by using a bed settee in the sitting room. Use of this bed settee will cost an extra £75 per person per week.
