About the home

Medina Place was built in 2003 and nestles in a quiet residential road tucked between the seafront road and Church Road, both of which lead into Brighton. Nearby you will find all the shops and amenities you need, including the King Alfred Leisure Centre, with its indoor swimming pool, and the sea with its pebbled beach is a five minute walk away.

Medina Place is a charming house with an open plan dual aspect living/dining room, cloakroom and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, whilst upstairs you have two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath.

Wide-screen TV with integrated DVD, Wi-Fi connection, telephone with free local and national calls, small patio with table and chairs and many games and books, offering you a very comfortable base in a prime residential location close to the sea. Central heating.

The small enclosed patio has a table and two chairs where you can smoke if you so wish, as smoking is not encouraged indoors.

Medina Place has easy and frequent bus access into town, but you can walk to all the local restaurants.

Hove has a life of its own, but if you are looking for the bright lights of Brighton you can easily walk to it, although you may prefer to take the bus which runs very frequently.

Hove station is a fifteen minute walk away and from there you can be in London in an hour. There is no reserved parking space with the house, but you will find Pay and Display slots in the nearby roads, or may prefer to rent a nearby lock up garage at £50 per week.

There is a thriving cultural life and you will never be short of an art exhibition, a comedy show, a theatre or cinema to entertain you. But if you would like to visit the country, then that is only a fifteen minute drive away, over the South Downs.

Spectacular walks, places to picnic, little villages tucked away in the countryside giving you a taste of a more leisurely pace. So, if you come to Brighton and Hove, you have absolutely everything at your fingertips, including the chance of the most sunshine available in Britain!
