Further details indoors: There are 2 luxury bedrooms (one with double and one with kingsize beds) The master bedroom is en-suite with roll top bath and Tub TV! and there's a shower room for the other guests. Two foldable single beds are available to use - of course luxury linen and towels are provided for all your group.
The apartment shares a building with its little brother - 'The Beach Pad' - another luxury apartment also - a great place to stop at for smaller groups. Larger groups can benefit from hiring both apartments increasing total occupancy capacity to 10 guests.
The location is ideal in Kemptown only about 150 metres from the beach and within 5 minute walk of the pier and Kemptown. Brighton main town and all it's attractions are within a 15 minute walk

Availability over weekends is minimum 2 night stay and 3 nights over bank holidays. Mid week and longer term rentals are available. Mid stay cleaning and apartment servicing etc. is available by request.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 will reserve your stay. Full payment is required 8 weeks in advance of stay. Further terms and conditions will be provided at time of booking
