Ei8HT apartments can all be rented individually or together for groups of up to 20 guests. There are a selection of one and two bedroom apartments as well as a studio apartment with courtyard. We also offer add on en-suite rooms which each sleep 2 guests if you require more capacity within your group but not necessarily more facilities. Special discounts for whole house bookings - well behaved groups / hen parties catered for.

Further details indoors: The apartments can sleep up to 20 guests when all rented together. Individually we offer options for guests of one upwards in varying levels of luxury and space The location is ideal in Kemptown only about 150 metres from the beach and within 5 minute walk of the pier and Kemptown. Brighton main town and all it's attractions are within a 15 minute walk.
Recently refurbished the apartments are equipped to a high standard and are interior designed to a high specification you would expect from any leading hotel. All guests are met on site and given a tour of your apartment. Then it's up to you to enjoy your break without the usual interruptions of a hotel. No set breakfast times, house keeping - we're purely self catering
All apartments are serviced prior to your arrival.We provide linen incl. full linen for sofa beds. Towels and basic tolietries, tea and coffee, milk & cereals, juice, biscuits and basic kitchen essentials are all provided to help ease you into your stay. All 2 night weekend stays receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

Our first floor one bedroom apartment has the benefit of a small balcony. Our garden apartment has a small self contained courtyard garden with outside seating and loungers.

"A very nice and clean serviced apartment, very suited to my needs. Nearby late shops for food and drink, a quiet well kept street , near the seafront. A great little touch was the Christmas decorations! Nice to have a tv in the bedroom, a whole Bang and Olufson entertainment system in the living room. Tea, coffee, cereal, milk and juice was there too. A nice touch. Very clean and modern, big leather sofa, a very nice place, a little home from home. Nice Molton Brown soaps and moisturiser in bathroom, along with lovely warm towels. If I could add a little improvement, a little tidying up on the white paintwork here and there, but it is minimal.
