The location is ideal on Brighton's seafront only about 150 metres from the beach and within 5 minute walk of the pier and Kemptown. Brighton main town and all it's attractions are within a 15 minute walk.

Our first floor bedroom has the benefit of a small balcony.
Our garden room has a small self contained courtyard garden with outside seating.

Rentals are from one night upwards. During busy periods a 2 night stay at weekends will apply. 3 night Minimum stay for ALL Bank Holiday weekends, 2 night minimum stay weekends.

Last minute offers for late arrivals are always available. Early book bookings can also receive discounts of 5%
