This lovely studio apartment is slap bang on Brighton Seafront.
You can walk to everywhere to Churchill Square, Brightons shopping centre ,The Royal Pavilion where Prince Regent lived and Brighton Pier with its Funfair is only a few minutes walk along the sea front.The famous Lanes with all its antiques and designer clothes and also Nort Laine is within easy reach.The apartment building is situated very close to the large hotels, such as Metropole Hilton and Grand. Train from Brighton to London, Victoria Station leaves every hour and takes less then an hour up.

This lovely studio apartment of 32 square metres is charming and situated on the seafront in an apartment building of about 60 apartments. It has a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a tub with shower and screen. All is newly refurbished and very clean.
The studio room is comfortable with a double sofabed, so you can sleep up to 4 people. Dining table and 4 chairs, King size bed and dressingtable. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV on the wall and DVD player
Bedlinen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beachtowels.
The apartment building has a lift, and the apartment is situated on the 4th. floor. Side seaviw to the sea and beach
Just outside the main entrance on street level is a small newsagent selling almost everything and open until 22:00 every evening. There are also a lot of restaurants and pubs close by.
Brighton is a charming and lively city, you will not be bored.

Brighton and Hove is in East Sussex, one of Englands most beautiful counties.
You can take an open bus along the seafront to Rudyard Kipling's village, Rottingdean.
Sussex is full of the most enchanting villages and lovely country pubs.It is one of England's most famous seaside towns and used to be called Merry Brighton. Today it is called London-by-Sea.
Bank holidays and week-end are usually very busy with a lot of day trippers.
The Brighton and Hove / Brighton Seafront area
In Hove, situated to the west is the sportcentre King Alfred with swimming pool.
East, just before you drive out of Brighton is Brighton Marina with all its shops, restaurants and pubs.
Just surrounding Brighton and Hove you have the South Downs with its rolling hills. You can make lovely walks for hours and hours. Just loose yourself in the beautiful contryside.
Brighton and Hove is a lively mix of city and countryside. It is London's closest cousin and probably one of the most popular seaside resort in England due to the exellent attractions and entertainment it offers.
The sea is an ever changing backdrop to Brighton and Hove. Walk along the seafront and see what makes Brighton and Hove tick. From Brighton Marina to Hove Langoon it is so much to see and enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay in this 1930 apartment block, the apartment itself is modern with every thing you need for your stay and a lovely seaview from the dining table Only a short walk to the city centre with its many cafes and restaurants nearby. Just cross the road to walk to the beach. We will definitely be back next year
