A delightfully presented lower ground floor studio flat in a period property by the sea. This beautifully designed boutique apartment would suit a couple who fancy a seaside bolt-hole and want everything, including the beach, on their doorstep.

Situated by Brighton's famous sea front, a stone's throw from the Palace Pier, Brighton Wheel, Royal Pavilion and the central shopping area. This whimsical little pad with private entrance, in Brighton's Kemp Town, is well served with excellent cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location the area is a quiet, residential one – and so offers the opportunity for you to enjoy the best of Brighton and then retire to peace and quiet.

BEDROOM

There is a supremely comfortable zip&link double bed that can be arranged as twin beds if required and a luxurious chaise loungues sofa, which converts to a single bed for up to 1 more guest. Fluffy white towels and egyptian cotton bed linens are provided.

KITCHEN

The flat has a seperate fully equipped kitchen with dining area that opens up onto a pretty little garden terrace for smokers or enjoying a beverage in the sunshine.

BATHROOM

The luxury shower room has vintage fittings and Fired Earth tiles.

Complimentary wifi. Ipod dock. There is a 32 inch Full HD Smart TV with internet access and freeview.

Parking information

Like the vast majority of properties in Brighton, there is no private parking space. However, there are pay and display bays in the surrounding streets. It is free to park in the residents parking bays from 8pm to 9am, please read the parking signs in the area.

"Gorgeous (but tiny) flat in a fantastic location."

The flat is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well stocked with things like coffee, tea and toiletries. It's also in a super location, when you walk up the steps from the door to the street you can see that the sea is only a minute or twos walk away. It's also handy for Brighton town centre. However, this flat is tiny, be warned that there is no living room, just a shower room, well stocked kitchen and a bedroom.

"Great Seaside Hideaway - Highly Recommended"

Excellent communication with the owner, from the start of the booking to the prompt refund of the damage deposit, made this the easiest holiday booking experience we have had. So much better to have the privacy and luxury of this small apartment than the bed and breakfast breaks we have had in the past. This delightful property is exceptionally clean and tastefully well furnished. The facilities within the property were excellent and there were no problems with the television signal or internet connection, so this was a real home from home! The owner's prepared folder with instruction manuals and local recommendations for eating was extremely helpful too.
The location was excellent for us - being midway between the Marina and the Pier. Having the luxury of being close enough to a section of beach were we could enjoy the sun peacefully, could have a stroll to the Marina and also enjoy the hustle and bustle when we fancied it made our stay even more relaxing. We are hoping to return in the not too distant future ..

"Little gem"

Lovely quirky studio newly refurbished to a high standard in an excellent position for walking into Kemptown, Brighton seafront and centre, the little patio area was a real bonus to the studio. it had everything you need for a short break, would definitely return if back in Brighton
