Ideal for couples - A cool and funky hotel style studio apartment situated in Central Hove. This pad has the same designer as "The Edge", and the styling is just as fantastic.

Wallpaper and original pieces from the 60's and 70's are combined with up to the moment technology - Plasma TV, DVD/CD player, Ipod Docker and speakers, Wireless broadband and hightech dimmer switches.

There is a separate newly fitted black and white bathroom with glossy white and chrome suite and fittings. There is an additional well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave & washing machine.

Sleek G plan sideboard with large Plasma TV and Ipod Docker. Plus 2 x single chair beds.

Kitchen
Monochrome styling with all that you need for your holiday let stay. Fridge freezer, Oven, Hob, Washing machine together with Dualit toaster, crockery and glasses etc.

Bathroom
Newly fitted white and chrome suite with monochrome tiles and heated radiator.

Conditions

We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the booking, the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival and at this time we also require a £300.00 damages deposit that is refundable within 7 days of departure. it is very rarely we have to claim any of this.
