Palmeira Avenue is situated by the floral clock, a focal point of Hove before engaging with Western Road, the main shopping gateway into Brighton from the Western approach of the City. The avenue is a testimony to grand designs of elegance of a bygone era, with high ceilings, spacious rooms, balconies and roof terraces. Palmeira Square is to the South side with gardens rolling to the edge of the coastline and the lawns on the promenade, enjoyed by so many visitors, festivals and 5 aside football.

Brighton and Hove

The Palmeira neighbourhood, today is a blend of apartments, shops, Offices and a Language School. The width of the road lends itself to parking at the kerbside and in the central reservation for visitors using pay & display. St John's Church another focal point with the lovely Floral Stand and the Community centre stands proud, overlooking the stream of buses and taxis. By purchasing a daily or weekly bus card, it is possible to hop on any bus, at any time, anywhere in the City within a 15mile radius. Sussex County Cricket Ground is on the doorstep, a must for enthusiasts. Hove Mainline Station is also within comfortable walking distance, as is, George Street, the principle shopping street of the area.
