This central quirky residence has fun fun fun written all over it! Sleeping up to 16 guests situated just off the seafront in central Brighton in a secret twitten, tucked away to be discovered by you! Brighton beach is only a 3 minute walk along the twitten itself. From the entrance you can see the famous Palace Pier and the Brighton Wheel. Close too is the heart of vibrant boho Kemptown Village, a few moments from Brighton Ballroom and the beach.

Decorated with a decadent sophisticated colour scheme of black, golds and blues, using original vintage furnishings, beautiful mirrors, ostrich feathers and divine pin up portraits to set the scene.

Private catering can be arranged at this property or for nightlife and your special Hen events take a 4 minute stroll to Brighton Ballroom - famous for its glamourous supper club and Burlesque and Cabaret events held every weekend. Bespoke hen packages are available for Burlesque Batchorlerettes! Once the show is over and dinner is finished, the restaurant is cleared, the DJ begins and the after party begins.

You will be spoilt for choice with the many patisseries, coffee shops and bistros all a few footsteps from your doorstep. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Palace Pier and all the action of Brighton city centre. Kemptown village itself is a gorgeous shopping experience with the many vintage emporiums and local beatnik stores, browse away to your hearts content for a Brighton souvenir or a piece of original furniture. Opposite the house is a coffee shop and breakfast bistro offering bookable hangover "full englishes" for your group!

There is no dedicated parking space at the property, but there are several meter bays on the seafront entrance together with loading bays outside on the St Georges Road entrance.The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions or visit parkopedia.com for alternative parking ideas.

We thought we had covered the location issue with the detailed map and directions on the booking confirmation, however, we will revisit these.
