Further details indoors: The property comprises a large entrence hall with video door entry system, which is linked to all main entrances to the gated development (West Street, Middle Street and internal Podium Courtyard). Throughout the property there are beautiful oak veneered doors with brushed stainless steel door furniture, which lead to each room.
Brushed stainless steel low voltage down lighters are fitted throughout, plus Nobo wall mounted radiators. Cat 5 cabling for telephone, internet and satellite TV is in kitchen/living room and bedrooms. Flooring is a mix of engineered oak wood, neutral coloured carpeting or sand-coloured ceramic tiles. "The location of this building is amazing! I simply walked down from Brighton station (one straight line), with the sea ahead of me, and found myself at Avalon right in the middle of things. The sun catches the balcony beautifully at lunchtime and early evening - perfect for a drink, people watching or even a pleasant nap. As for shopping and tourist sightseeing - well - forget taxis or buses - everything is just a hop, skip and a jump away. The apartment is immaculate and brand new (we felt like the first people using it). As an older person I am not familiar with all the latest appliances, and the service from the agents who we called a couple of times to ask advice was excellent and reassuring. I am tempted to try a stay at their London property as a result of the service received. In all 5/5 for this place for Location, Quality, Cleanliness and Service." - Dr Rodney Dean (Jan 2008)
