Brighton and Hove is an historic city. It found fame when it became the residence of the Prince Regent ,later George IV.
There is plenty to see and do both day time and evening/night.
Brighton is famous for its micro climate and can be nice and sunny. Of course, it can be rainy and windy too! The Beach is a mere 5-10 minute walk away.
Brighton is an all year round city. It is very popular with day visitors during the summer. But also in winter people come for weekend fun and it is packed around the Christmas / New year period.
There are plenty of conferences too and working people often like to have a self-catered flat to stay in with colleagues.

This is a great, spacious flat with a cute little patio garden. Its location is superb. It is in a quiet residential street, yet close to the beach, cafes and shops, so most of Brighton's attractions are within walking distance. The flat is clean and tidy and offers the usual amenities (digital TV & radio, DVD player and DVDs, extra info about Brighton etc). It was easy to book and everyone was very friendly and helpful in the process. It was perfect for a week's stay and I can highly recommend it. |

It was a pleasure staying at Waterloo Street. When we arrived we were shown to the flat in a very relaxed and friendly way and everything was simple. The flat itself is great value for money if you're looking to spend a week in Brighton. Waterloo street is very close to central Brighton and only takes about 10 minutes to walk, maybe 15 to get to the pier. There is also a fair amount of stuff around the road's closer proximity such as shops and bars. There is also a pub, hairdressers and pizza restaurant on the road itself. In terms of the flat's interiors, there were a lot of nice surprises waiting for us when we got there. There is plenty of space and the television has been updated to a larger one than what's shown on web gallery. The flat is decorated nicely and comes with a spacious kitchen offering pretty much full access to utensils and appliances. The bathroom is small yet in good condition and the shower is a "power shower" which is always useful. The garden was a great place to relax and benefits from being both secluded yet at the same time letting the sun in. The flat is also only about a 1 minute walk from the sea front, giving you the option to get to Brighton central through the main road at the top of the hill or the walk along the sea front stretch. If you're thinking of booking an expensive hotel for a week, think again. The flat is the way to go. |
