There is plenty to see and do both day time and evening/night.
Brighton is famous for its micro climate and can be nice and sunny. Of course, it can be rainy and windy too!
Brighton is an all year round city. It is very popular with day visitors during the summer. But also in winter people come for weekend fun and it is packed around the Christmas / New year period.
There are plenty of conferences too and working people often like to have a self-catered flat to stay in with colleagues.

The kitchen has all facilities except dishwasher. or microwave. There is a brand new double oven cooker. The fridge has a 4 star ice box.
The bathroom has an overhead shower with screen and toilet.
There is a delightful patio at the back. Please note this is for quiet day time use in keeping with the tranquility of the area.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Weekdays are Monday to Thursday nights. Weekends are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. A minimum 3 night stay during the week and 2 night during the weekend is expected.
Bank Holiday and festival (Pride) weekends are set at £100.00 per night with minimum 3 night stay. No split booking over the Bank Holiday weekend can be accepted. People staying for a week including over a Bank Holiday or Festival will need to pay a supplement of £50 for that weekend.
Payment can be made in cash or via PayPal.
A holding deposit of 25% is expected on making the booking together with a cleaning/damages deposit of between £50-£100. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days provided the flat is left tidy and there is no damage caused by you.
No children below the age of 12.
Please be exact in terms on numbers when making the booking. There may be a premium per booking or per week of £50 where last minute additional people are added.
