Home description
This property sleeps up to 4 people. 1 double bedroom and one double sofa bed in the lounge.
Brighton is lively and vibrant and we love it. However, what is particularly good too is that the location of the flat is conversley quiet and tranquil so you can be sure of peace away from the bussle.
The flat had a major renovation in 2005 and has all modern conveniences. You will be impressed by the standard of work done and the homely nature of the flat.
It is a mere 8 minute walk from Brighton Station and similar downwards towards the beach. You will not need your car in Brighton on the whole. Look out for parking restrictions. There are plenty of shops nearby and restaurants. Kemp Town and the central bussle is around 15-20 minutes by foot.
There is a lovely public garden that the Square surrounds. Perfect for relaxing in, having a picnic etc. Please remember it is noted for being a quiet and tranquil neighbourhood so please respect that tranquility so all can enjoy it. Western Road is a mere 5 minutes walk and there is a Waitrose with car park and plenty of retaurants to choose from.
