Two double bedroom lower ground floor flat flat in grade 1 listed regency townhouse with original period features throughout. This property offers a feeling of spaciousness during your stay and comes complete with two patios. Includes everything you need for your stay including WiFi and full HDTV plasm TV with BBC HDTV satellite services.

From outside the flat there are views towards Brunswick Sq gardens and sea. It is centrally located and within a one minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk including Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton's Theatre Royal and Kemptown.

The flat is ideally suited for families looking for a short break, or for those with children or those attending Conferences at the nearby Brighton Centre. It is only a fifteen minute walk from Brighton and Hove stations. Street parking and NCP carparks are located within a short walk from the flat as well. There is a frequent bus service to Brighton Marina which is situated on the outskirts of Brighton.

The flat is situated at the top of one of Brighton's most impressive grade 1 listed regency squares. It is spacious, equipped with everything needed for your stay including WiFi. Both bedroom have access to either a shower room and toilet or a bathroom with overhead shower. The bedrooms both surround a private patio. All bedlinen and towels are provided for your use during your stay and are the highest quality Egyptian cotton. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including a dishwasher etc.

The flat is positioned at the top of Brighton's most prestigious regency squares which ends on the seafront.
Due to the central location in the evenings you have a choice of hundreds of going to one of a hundred or so excellent restaurants/bars/pubs within short walking distance. Or just sitting on the beach or lawns in the Square with a bottle of wine and picnic/disposable barbecue. As the flat has it's only private from patio and entrance and has the same self contained feeling of a house so you will not be disturbed my neighbours!

“Confortable apartment, central and in a very nice place” The apartment is really confortable for 3 o 4 people, there are all the services we need to stay and live in a house. Is situated in a very nice place, near the sea. Is really easy to reach the railway station and a lot of other places, bus stop is 50 meters from the apartment.
