The South East England / Sussex region

• A lively mix of city, coast and countryside, Sussex is a great place for a short break, family holiday or day visit.
• Sussex is a foodies’ paradise, full of great places to eat, from bustling city bistros and chic canteens to elegant country manors, rustic tearooms, traditional pubs and bright and breezy beach cafés.
The Brighton and Hove / Brighton Seafront area
• In recent years Brighton has once again become a place to be reckoned with. London’s closest coastal cousin has seen many of its spectacular Regency streets refurbished in the wake of a major exodus of new residents migrating from London. Together with this move has come a plethora of smart new restaurants, bars and shops, and of course, the rebirth of many of Brighton’s celebrated hotels and tourist attractions.
• Brighton and its neighbour Hove, achieved city status in 2002, which has attracted still further investment. Brighton today is enjoying a revival, akin to its earlier prosperity in the 1820s, as a major modern regional destination and a bustling university city. Prosperous and undoubtedly powering ahead, Brighton has nonetheless managed to retain something of its relaxed, Bohemian flavour, making it unique among British seaside cities.
• Brighton is probably one of the most popular seaside resorts in England due to its close proximity to London and the excellent attractions and entertainment it offers. Full of bohemian spirit, Brighton is renowned for being artistic and avant-garde in every sense. Whatever your reason for visiting Brighton, you should not be disappointed.

This either the second or third time we have stayed in this apartment. We have booked again for this year. The flat itself is lovely, well equipped, spacious and clean with plenty of hot water and great heating (as we usually stay in the winter). The apartment is modern and well maintained with two bathrooms. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town with the all important parking. (It is a nightmare to park in Brighton otherwise and is expensive.) We tend to park the car and walk or get the bus everywhere. All in all, myself and my family would highly recommend this apartment, we have stayed in many others in the area and they are no where near as good. |

REVIEWS TAKEN FROM GUEST BOOK IN PROPERTY
• Fab property in great location. Double/triple glazing is fab for night-time, allowing you to be in the hussle and bustle of the town centre but not being disturbed by revellers (unless you are one yourself). Owner is very helpful and flat in fabulous condition. Highly recommended.
• A beautiful apartment right in the centre of Brighton. Access to the car park meant we could relax and enjoy all the amenities on the doorstep.
• Great apartment - fantastic central location. The owner was really friendly and ensured we had a great stay. If you want a modern, comfortable, well equipped place to stay in central Brighton then this is ideal.
• "The apartment is furnished to an impressively high standard and could not be more ideally situated. Furthermore, Graham was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We won't hesitate to continue using the apartment for our visitng artists and clients." Olivia Connelly, Gallery Director, O Contemporary
• A beautiful, modern apartment, that suited our group of five perfectly. Great central location a stone’s throw from all the shops, bars and restaurants with secure underground parking (great for missing out on hunting for that allusive car parking space) that was great for leaving our bikes after the London to Brighton bike ride! Will definitely book up again next year!
• My Mum and Dad stayed here. Me and Stu stayed there one day, then my Brother and my two nephews were there from Wednesday. We were getting married, and the flat was so easy for Mum and Dad to get around. I think it was a lovely flat, and Mr Dunn was a very lovely person! My Mum and Dad found it was hot in the flat- think it is Brighton as all my friends said it was too hot everywhere! We would use him again as the flat, parking and landlord is lovely! I have given his number, and villarenters, to 2 friends who would like to come and stay next year!
• The Avalon Apartments are great for a group of 6 people on a trip to brighton and i cant wait to go back and stay in the same place."
