Nightly lets from £85 - weekly / weekend rentals will mostly start on Friday afternoon however this is flexible. Good discounts available for last minute deals. Where possible a greeter will meet you at the property and introduce you to the area and the facilities.
An insurance deposit of £200 per stay is now required - this is returned in full to you following departure subject our terms and conditions. Misuse of facilities / damage will be deducted from the deposit. Full terms available.
Conditions
Accommodation charges are due 8 weeks in advance of stay. Stays can be reserved by paying £50 deposit. ID and insurance deposits are required.Payments by cheque, transfer or Pay Pal.
Long rentals are available by arrangement with savings of over 50% to be made on total booking tariff.
