Cottage | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 8
Lanes location: This stunning & unique cottage is the oldest house in Brighton, dating back to 1565.
Inspired by Victorian Alice in Wonderland with charming references to playing cards, key holes and looking glasses and every little luxury thought of... The bedrooms are soft and tactile with glistening wallpapers, silky bed throws, retro lamps and vintage accessories. It's the perfect choice for a visit to Brighton with the vibrant seafront, Jamie's Italian & other great restaurants only around the corner. Proving very popular with posh hen parties & girly get-togethers, it really is one of a kind and the very best of the city is all on your doorstep!
IMPORTANT NOTE: The central location means the area is lively and can be noisy at night, especially during summer weekends. Therefore we have supplied each room with complimentary ear plugs for light sleepers. Please bear this in mind before booking if you have children or are looking for a quiet get-away.

The property has a sunny little terrace with table & chairs for coffee & croissants in the morning or champagne in the twilight!
The house is situated down an old twitten lane (pedestrian alleyway). The fantastic central location means the area can be noisy at night, especially during summer weekends. Therefore we have supplied each room with complimentary ear plugs for light sleepers. If you have young children please bear this in mind, the location is not suitable for a quiet get-away.

The Lanes multi-storey car park on the adjacent Black Lion Street is very handy for the cottage. The South East England region
Brighton & Hove, Britain's favourite seaside city. Nestling between the South Downs and English Channel on the sunny south coast.
80 miles of coastline means super beaches for the family; here are lovely gardens, history and heritage; castles, abbeys, priories, stately homes and historic houses. There are family amusement parks and wildlife centres; the nostalgic, the curious and the simply fun, including museums of bygones, steam railways and caves. Sussex boasts numerous theatres and arts festivals, golf courses, horse racing, many ancient churches and buildings plus large Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty over the South Downs and Ashdown Forest, (including the soon-to-be-designated South Downs National Park) - and don't forget the Sussex Pub!
