This is an attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor apartment with an allocated parking space for one car. The property is in the heart of Brighton and just a few minutes walk to the seafront and Conference Centre, shopping centre and famous The Lanes. With laminate flooring and clean lines throughout, this city pad has an impressive open plan kitchen/ living/ dining room which will comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Kitchen

The L shaped kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to self cater. All appliances are integrated and you will find a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer as well as a microwave oven. There is plenty of storage provided with the use of cupboards and cabinets.

Dining Area

Glass dining table with seating for 6 is just off the kitchen, which means you can still socialise with family and friends whilst cooking a meal. You also have the view of the complex through the double doors leading onto the small balcony.

Living Room

The lounge has laminated flooring and it has been decorated in neutral colours to create a modern yet relaxed environment for guests on holiday or for corporate lets. You will find two 3-seater sofas along with 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Comfy sofas dressed in colourful and patterned cushions provide a relaxing atmosphere for all guests. The wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview channels and Wi-Fi will provide for your entertainment on a rainy day.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is bright and airy bringing lots of light in through the large windows. Clean and simple lines throughout, with added colourful cushions and wall prints. There is a large wardrobe with ample hanging space and storage for your belongings. There is also a modern en suite shower room, so there is no need to queue for the bathroom in the mornings!

Bedroom 2

Crisp white linen and towels along with Union Jack cushions in the second bedroom. There is a large corner desk for those who stay on business. The bed can be folded away into the wooden frame if you needed to use the room as an office space.

Bathroom 1

En suite bathroom to the master bedroom with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is a large wall-to-wall mirror, and a shelf which serves for storage of your lotions and potions.

Bathroom 2

This lovely, fully tiled family bathroom is just off the hallway. Bath with hand held shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Once again, this bathroom has a very large wall-to-wall mirror so getting ready will be no hassle at all!

Balcony

Small balcony with views over the well maintained complex. The balcony is accessed via the double glass doors in the lounge. Please note that children should only use balcony when supervised by parents.

Access

There are 2 steps to the main building entrance. Once inside, you can use the lift or the stairs to the first floor where the apartment is located.

Parking

The property has a dedicated parking space. Parking in any other parking space may result in clamping.
