Stunning 5 star Visit Britain officially rated one double bedroom balcony flat in regency townhouse. Floor to ceiling windows, original period features throughout. This property is one of only two 5 star rated properties in Brighton. The other being the first floor sister apartment in the same building.

This property offers a feeling of luxury during your stay and has a spacious living room complete with full BBC HDTV free sat LCD TVs incorporating 150 channels, honesty bar, entertainment system, including Ipod dock and DAB radio and open fire! It has a newly fitted quality bathroom suite, new kitchen and is immaculate throughout. Wifi access is available. Parking can be arranged if requested at time of booking. From the juliet balconies there are views towards Brunswick Sq gardens and sea.

The flat has one large bedroom and there is a comfortable double sofabed in the living room. Egyptian cotton linen is provided for us during your stay.

It is only a one minute walk from the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk including Brighton Sealife Centre, The Palace Pier and The Royal Pavillion, the Historic Lanes shopping area, Brighton's Theatre Royal and Kemptown.

The flat is ideally suited for couples looking for a short break, or for those with children or those attending Conferences at the nearby Brighton Centre.
