It has luxurious fittings and décor with two double bedrooms, an en-suite wet room, period bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen and large spacious lounge opening onto a beautiful balcony. The property is set back and accessed via a private drive, which allows for free parking.
Ideally situated to stroll along the seafront promenade to the historic village of Rottingdean, with its antique shops, cafes and traditional pubs and also within easy cycling, walking distance of Brighton Marina. Free bicycles are provided for you to enjoy the surrounding locations and countryside.
The famous art deco lido is situated on your doorstep with its outdoor pools fitness, health and beauty centre. Enjoy a game of tennis on courts which are found within the beautiful oval park which is opposite the property. Other amenities a short walk away in the park are bowling green, children's play area, football and basketball courts and table tennis tables. Tennis racquets are provided for your use. Golfers can enjoy a game at a number of courses which are a few minutes drive away.
To help you relax we have provided a range of DVDs to watch on a large plasma TV, a well stocked library and a variety of games and puzzles.

Brighton is a cosmopolitan city which is 4 miles along the coast. Excellent public transport take you there in 10 minutes or you can choose to cycle along the under cliff path through the vibrant Marina, with it's waterside restaurants and cafes before continuing onto Brighton.
The Brighton and Hove area
The property is moments from the beach and yet also within walking distance of the Downs. Walk to many local places of interest such as Rottingdean village, Brighton Marina and Saltdean Lido.
Buses run along the coast to Beachy Head, Eastbourne town centre or the Marina.

The villa is within easy walking distance to nearest bus stop, with frequent buses travelling along the coast road to seaside resorts large and small, so we hardly needed to use our car all week. Our grandson really loved the walk along the undercliff path to Rottingdean, and looking for crabs on the beach there at low tide. (Very good play area, skatepark and zipwire in the park opposite the villa)
Local shops within easy walking distance, including 3 takeaways and 2 small supermarkets, so no need to go further afield - although ASDA store at the marina is only a 5 minute drive away.
The owner, Sue, was very friendly and quick to respond to any problems.
The property had everything we needed, but would not, in our view, be suitable for younger children due to the split-level layout with staircases at every turn! The kitchen was very well equipped, with modern appliances and plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc., and lighting options for the kitchen and lounge to suit our every mood! Both bedrooms had good wardrobe space. The main bathroom was very spacious and the wet-room shower was very good: both would benefit from some fixed shelving for toiletries.
