Next to the living area and overlooking the garden. High gloss red units contrasting with the white, chrome and steel accessories, equipped with everything you need to prepare a full Sunday roast or a Margarita. The indoor and outdoor dining tables each sit 8 people.
Open Plan Lounge & Dining Area
The large lounge area has two sumptuous leather sofas facing the massive 60’ LCD TV complete with Sky and Nintendo Wii which will definitely keep your young ones occupied. The entertainment is great not only for families with children but also for large groups of friends who opt for a relaxing night in.The dining table provides seating for 8 guests. Floor to ceiling windows run the length of the room and give access to the garden. For your convenience there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. All in all- a very cool space!
Master Bedroom
King-size bed with large wall mounted plasma TV opposite. Feature Warhol Elvis wall art runs the length of the room, who better to wake up next to than The King himself! Two single zed beds in this room when accommodating 10 guests.
Second Bedroom
Crisp white walls and a king-size bed with light filling the room from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden.
Shower Room
En suite shower room with basin, toilet & fantastic power shower to blow the cobwebs away. White and fresh.
Bathroom
Large bath with waterproof TV set into the wall & floating remote - who said having a bath is boring? Mood lighting & under floor heating also add to the relaxation in this room

Garden
The garden has a fabulous selection of designer seating plus a Balinese day bed for your party to fight over! The bamboo gazebo provides shade should you wish to get out of the sun (or shelter should you need to get out of the rain) and also houses the 8-seater dining table. The astro turfed central section adds colour to the garden but never gets muddy! By night the garden is lit to create a wonderful ambiance on a balmy summers evening.
