The living area comprises of a double dark brown leather sofa, a coffee table and a wall mounted 27'' TV with Freeview. Comfy double bed placed against the exposed brick wall created a cosy sleeping area.
Kitchen Area
Handcrafted kitchen with butler's sink, gas cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a washing machine. A round glass dining table with two chairs form the dining area- perfect for those who prefer to dine in.
Bathroom
Modern fitted bathroom with a bath with a shower over it, Victorian wash basin, heather towel rail and WC.
Outside Area
Large decked south-facing roof terrace where one can sit back and relax.

We welcome babies, however the studio is not recommended for toddlers or small children, because of the steep stairs leading to the studio room.
The South East England / Sussex region
Sussex is rich in history and culture. The home of the Battle of Hastings in 1066; this area saw the advent of the Norman conquest in England, which shaped the history of medieval Britain. As a result of this historical heritage there are plenty of medieval festivals to enjoy a taste of bygone days.
With miles of unspoiled coastline you can enjoy a whole host of water sports, relax by the beach or enjoy the amusements on the piers. Sussex also has an abundance of beautiful countryside with plenty of listed houses and gardens to captivate any visitor.
The South East of England has a climate that can boast the highest average daytime temperatures and sunshine in the whole of Britain, and in the summer can see temperatures in the late 20's°C and early 30's°C.
The Brighton and Hove area
Brighton is a hub activity all the year round, and is declaimed as one of the best places to visit in the UK. With plenty of restaurants including everything from Chinese to gourmet Fish and Chips there is something to suit all tastes!
Brighton and Hove also boasts some magnificent historical and architectural attractions with Regency buildings and over 10 museums those seeking cultural enrichment won't be disappointed. Brighton is famed for its bustling social scene and has a whole host of entertainment for those who are after some exciting night life. With some claiming there is a different pub for every day of the year there is no shortage of places to go; from the quiet traditional pub to the trendy wine bars.
