This is a beautiful, newly refurbished, one-bedroom penthouse apartment in an iconic seafront building. Stunning panoramic sea views from the 7.3 x 1.7m private sun terrace with doors opening directly onto the terrace from the living room and bedroom.
The flat is located a ten minute seafront stroll to central Brighton with all its trendy shops and restaurants, the Pier, and The Lanes, and has many fantastic amenities on its doorstep including one of the best rated restaurants in Brighton (The Gingerman). Waitrose supermarket is a few minutes walk. Brighton and Hove stations are five minutes by taxi, Gatwick Airport thirty minutes by train and London fifty minutes by train.
Please note that the apartment is ideal for a couple. While it can sleep four (with sofabed) it is a small apartment so would be best suited to two adults with up to two children. Bookings for three or four adults may be considered but it would be a very tight squeeze and we generally prefer not to crowd the apartment or our neighbours.

Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with Italian blue granite surfaces and all new Siemens appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, convection hob and oven). Far-reaching views across Brighton and Hove to the Sussex Downs. Real Scandinavian wood floors.
BEDROOM (2.7m x 2.5m)
Small bedroom with enormous sea views along the length of the room with doors opening onto the sun terrace. Double bed, wall-mounted LCD TV, small wardrobe, real Scandinavian wood floors.
BATHROOM (2.4m x 2m)
Italian fully tiled bathroom with deep bath and rainfall shower over.
SUN TERRACE (7.3m x 1.7m)
Fully tiled sun terrace with designer planters from Fernando Gonzalez, stunning panoramic sea views, dining seating for two.
Parking can be arranged on request at extra charge. There is lift access but as a listed building with some steps and the lifts being very small we regret that there is no wheelchair access. Cot and highchair can be provided on request free of charge.
2-night stays may be considered depending on availability / existing bookings.

Walk out of the building onto the seafront. Take a left and you're in Brighton take a right and you're in Hove.
Best of both worlds, walking distance to everything you'd need including nearby groceries stores and plenty of restaurants. Waitrose is a 5 minute walk-away.

"Great flat in a great location!"
Myself, my wife and five month old daughter stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. The apartment and location were superb and we couldn't have hoped for better. The apartment has everything (and more) that you could need on a break away. You can literally cross the road to get to the beach and it took about 10 mins to walk in to town. There are plenty of great places to eat about five mins away on western road. Olivia, who owns the flat couldn't have been more helpful from before booking the apartment to the speed in which she returned the deposit. I would fully recommend the apartment and would certainly book it again if I return to Brighton.

"Sea-front apartment with beautiful views"
After looking around for a place to stay in Brighton on a short trip (2 nights), finally settled on [--]. It had the views, very easy access to the sea, within walking distance of the pier and other amenities. It just ticked all the boxes.
On top of the apartment itself, Olivia (owner) was very pleasant and helpful with any and all questions.
I'd highly recommend this apartment if you're in Brighton for a few days, either on your own or with a partner.

"Marvellous apartment for a family summer holiday"
Do you know the thrill when something you have been looking forward to exceeds your best expectations? Well this was how we experienced it, when we entered this flat on a bright sunny day in the middle of July. The balcony view is breathtaking and the apartment's interior fully supports the feeling of being on top of everything. We chose this apartment instead of a hotel and we feel we got so much more value. This apartment offers you and your kids complete freedom and due to its location also a palette of great opportunities, such as the swim- and playground, the beach and city centre which is in close proximity.

"Stunning views from gorgeous flat."
I stay in Brighton every year and this is the most comfortable flat I have stayed in. Beautifully decorated with a good size balcony which has a great view of the seafront. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by. Well fitted kitchen and bathroom and with full Sky Sports & Movies which came in handy on the odd rainy afternoon. The owner Thang was a joy to deal with and as there was no one in the flat the day before I arrived allowed me early access to the flat which was very helpful. The building manager Kevin is also very pleasant. The flat is close to the main high street and within easy walking distance of all of Brightons attraction. I highly recomend this flat.

The apartment was furnished with good quality equipment and furnished in a modern and fresh style. The sea views were stunning and the location central for easy walking to enjoy Brighton.

"Wonderful Seaside Experience"
We stayed 5 weeks here in September through October and enjoyed every day. The apartment is a one bedroom frontline beach penthouse that is well appointed for convenience and comfort. The owner is very cordial and professional and has covered the bases to assure a pleasant stay. My only recommendation would be for some additional closet and drawer space but have to say I recommend this lodging without reservation.
