This is a beautiful, newly refurbished, one-bedroom luxury penthouse apartment in an iconic seafront building. Stunning panoramic sea views from the 7.3 x 1.7m private sun terrace with doors opening directly onto the terrace from the living room and bedroom.

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you may need for your stay, including high quality Egyptian cotton bed-linen and White Company towels. Wireless broadband, and wall-mounted LCD televisions in both living room and bedroom.

The apartment is close to all central Brighton has to offer with its trendy shops and restaurants, the Pier, and The Lanes, and has many fantastic amenities on its doorstep including one of the best rated restaurants in Brighton (The Gingerman). Waitrose supermarket is a few minutes walk. Brighton and Hove stations are a few minutes by taxi, Gatwick Airport thirty minutes by train and London fifty minutes by train.

Please note that the apartment is ideal for a couple. While it can sleep four (with sofabed) it is a small apartment so is best suited to two adults with up to two children. Bookings for three or four adults may be considered but it would be a very tight squeeze and we generally prefer not to crowd the apartment or our neighbours.

LIVING ROOM (4.2m x 3.2m)

Sea views stretching across entire length of room with doors opening onto sun terrace. Real Scandinavian wood floors, sofa seating for three (converts to sofabed), wall-mounted LCD TV, broadband and wi-fi, dining table and chairs for four.

KITCHEN (2.6m x 1.9m)

Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with real Italian blue granite surfaces and all new Siemens appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, convection hob and oven). Far-reaching views across Brighton and Hove to the Sussex Downs. Real Scandinavian wood floors.

BEDROOM (2.7m x 2.5m)

Small bedroom with enormous sea views along the length of the room with doors opening onto the sun terrace. Double bed, wall-mounted LCD TV, small wardrobe, real Scandinavian wood floors.

BATHROOM (2.4m x 2m)

Italian fully tiled bathroom with deep bath and rainfall shower over.

SUN TERRACE (7.3m x 1.7m)

Fully tiled sun terrace with designer planters from Fernando Gonzalez, stunning panoramic sea views, dining seating for two.

Parking can be arranged on request at extra charge. There is lift access but as a listed building with some steps and the lifts being very small we regret that there is no wheelchair access. Cot and highchair can be provided on request free of charge.

If you are interested in staying with us please let us know your preferred dates, something about yourself and the reason for your trip along with any questions, and we'll get back to you asap.

"A magical weekend away!"

Classic style with a modern twist, [--] is probably the coolest place we've stayed.
Great location, right on the seafront and perfect for us as my wife and I were both doing the marathon.

Olivia's customer service is excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had everything we needed for our 6 month old son. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

"Excellent apartment in good position."

When my wife and I arrived at the apartment block we quickly made contact and were shown our parking spot and given the keys to the apartment. Everything was clean, modern and immaculately prepared.
The apartment is situated on the tenth floor facing south so it has a spectacular view out to the sea. There is access from the lounge to the balcony so you can see the beach and the remnants of the west pier across the road.
The bedroom is snug but has a very comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. Bathroom is immaculate. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a larger TV.
The kitchen has everything you need, but we did not use anything except the kettle, toaster and fridge. There are so many restaurants in the vicinity we always ate out.
The location of the apartment was perfect for us, with a reasonable walk to the main pier, the Pavilion and Museum, the Lanes shopping and the North Lanes. It was far enough away to be quiet but still accessible to the centre. After walking around the Pavilion and the shops it was perfect sitting on the balcony in the late afternoon sun!

We found the apartment to be excellent, decorated to a very high standard and maintained very well. We were very impressed and are considering going back again sometime in the future. The owner Olivia was very organised and made sure everything was OK for us. (The return of the deposit was also made very quickly.)

"On top of the world"

We stayed here for a romantic 4 night getaway in March, and whatever the time of the time of day, whatever the weather, the view was ever-changing and always spectacular. The building is an original and immaculately restored art deco gem and the penthouse itself feels light and airy by day and intimate and glamorous by night. Stylishly and comfortably furnished, well equipped, and charmingly managed by the owner Olivia, I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. Anywhere else I've ever stayed in Brighton pales by comparison, and every moment we stayed here we really did feel like we were "on top of the world!"

"truly special seaview apartment in beautiful art deco building in Brighton-"

This is a really special apartment- in a fantastic location- just opposite the seafront and it has a very sweet balcony in which to enjoy the scene. the spec inside is very high and in very good taste. The owners have been extremely thoughtful- in providing everything and more to make your stay a very comfortable one. It really feels like a home from home and is very well loved. It is a joy to stay in and I look forward to another stay [--] very much indeed!

"Great flat in a great location!"

Myself, my wife and five month old daughter stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. The apartment and location were superb and we couldn't have hoped for better. The apartment has everything (and more) that you could need on a break away. You can literally cross the road to get to the beach and it took about 10 mins to walk in to town. There are plenty of great places to eat about five mins away on western road. Olivia, who owns the flat couldn't have been more helpful from before booking the apartment to the speed in which she returned the deposit. I would fully recommend the apartment and would certainly book it again if I return to Brighton.

"Sea-front apartment with beautiful views"

After looking around for a place to stay in Brighton on a short trip (2 nights), finally settled on [--]. It had the views, very easy access to the sea, within walking distance of the pier and other amenities. It just ticked all the boxes.
On top of the apartment itself, Olivia (owner) was very pleasant and helpful with any and all questions.
I'd highly recommend this apartment if you're in Brighton for a few days, either on your own or with a partner.

"Marvellous apartment for a family summer holiday"

Do you know the thrill when something you have been looking forward to exceeds your best expectations? Well this was how we experienced it, when we entered this flat on a bright sunny day in the middle of July. The balcony view is breathtaking and the apartment's interior fully supports the feeling of being on top of everything. We chose this apartment instead of a hotel and we feel we got so much more value. This apartment offers you and your kids complete freedom and due to its location also a palette of great opportunities, such as the swim- and playground, the beach and city centre which is in close proximity.
