The apartment has been decorated in neutral colours and it has a lovely serene feel to it. If you wish to have a break, then this could be perfect. This first floor apartment is equipped with mod-cons such as a TV, internet access, washing machine, micro-wave etc so perfect for those that wish to work and relax at the same time. It is possible to walk to most parts of Brighton from this address, including the Station (just a few minutes), the Pier, Theatre Royal and the shopping area.

There is no parking available, but there is limited pay and display parking along Buckingham Road up to 2 hours. Guests can park in the resident bays from 8pm til 9am the following morning.
There is an information folder on arrival, however if this isn't sufficient then more can be offered. Special requirements such as hampers, wine and check-ins are available on request, please just ask when booking and we will try to accommodate.
The communal area leading up to the flat is kept clean, however is in need of a lick of paint. This has been programmed to be done once the external works have been completed.

Brighton is a vibrant city, it has so much to offer. Please google for more information, whether it is for shopping, work, holiday or for cultural reasons.
East Sussex is known for its varied coastline which offers spectacular cliff top walks, including the Seven Sisters Park and Beachy Head. There is also the protected South Downs with the clearly marked South Downs way to enable you to enjoy the scenery either on foot or mountain bike for miles.
Brighton and Hove
Brighton & Hove is now a thriving city, one hour away from London and known by many as "London by the Sea". There is something to suit everyone, the Theatre Royal, Pavillion, the Brighton Centre, Brighton Marina, Sealife Centre and of course many restaurants and pubs to chose from. For those that love shopping for something different, then you must explore The Lanes and the North Laines with their wide variety of little boutiques and specialist shops, whilst Churchill Square shopping centre hosts the brand name shops that you would expect in any major City.
If you wish to get some fresh air and a break from the bustle, then there are some spectacular walks on the South Downs way or along the coast-line. There are many little villages tucked away in the Sussex countryside for you to explore with some excellent pubs.

An amazing, comfortable apartment within walking distance of the station and everything Brigton has to offer. The apartment was very well equipped, and has everything you could ask for. Very well kept with ample living space, a lovely large shower, and beautiful bedroom. Lots of personal touches to make your stay home from home. I cant wait to return. Everything was made so simple, from booking, to instructions for key collection etc. The owners really have thought of everything.

Really good location, the flat was so neat and tidy and had everything you would need. Lovely kitchen and sitting area. I absolutely loved staying here, beats any other places I had been looking at and would most definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a lovely stay in Brighton! Being so close to the station is beyond ideal, you couldn't really get a better location!
Owners are really lovely to boot! :)

This property is in an excellent location for all the lanes, the station and the sea front. It is very well furnished and we had every need catered for. The owners take a great pride in making sure that their tenants are happy.

"Excellent flat in central location run by very friendly owner"
This comes highly recommended. Flat is top notch and in a perfect location close to city centre, train station, Seven Dials area etc. Luxury appartment with excellent kitchen and great shower off the bedroom. All aspects of paying deposit, collecting key, checking out etc. were problem-free. Our kids loved the entire flat. The only problem we encountered during our stay was that the previous guest had used up all of the permitted Internet access data so we had no Internet upon checking in but after speaking with the owner we purchased additional top-up data from the local Three shop which the owner prompty reimbursed us for upon leaving the flat. You just cannot go wrong if you opt to stay at this flat! Thank you Allison from Ashley and family from Stockholm!

"Well equipped spacious flat."
Well equipped and spacious flat. Close to station and centre. Lots of quirky pubs nearby. Owner was very quick to respond to questions asked.

"My parents first Christmas in Brighton"
I rented this lovely apartment for my parents to spend Christmas with us, as they are quite old, I wanted a place that would make them feel at home, just to say, this place did, we loved it, the property has everything you need to feel at home we even manage to cook our Spanish Christmas dinner, Alison and her husband were very efficient. "Excellent flat with well-equipped kitchen, definitely going again."
The owner responded fast with all of our enquires, very helpful and friendly. It is a lovely flat with very well-equipped kitchen, one of the most impressive thing about it. The flat is very spacious and lots of sunshine came through large windows. Easy leisure walking to all supermarkets closed by and train station, but a bit challenging walking up the hill. Highly recommended.
