This Brighton & Hove Holiday Apartment, is a very spacious raised ground floor 2 bed, 2 bath apartment set within a Regency mansion in Albany Villas, 5 minutes walk from the Seafront & shops, with an impressive bright sunny living /dining room, fitted kitchen, family bathroom, master quad bedroom with en-suite, small double bedroom, good size walled garden laid to lawn with patio for outdoor dining and a VERY RARE CAR PARKING SPACE for one small car!

The apartment has been newly refurbishes for 2014 bookings, with new carpets, freshly painted walls, high skirting boards, new beds, furniture & curtains, scheduled to be ready by the end of May 2014. The south east facing garden has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining (a NEW garden table & chairs will be supplied) and the RARE off road parking space for a small car make this a fab choice for a family or group of friends wanting to book a short break in the vibrant City of Brighton & Hove.

The apartment is accessed via a short flight of steps up to the Regency Mansion front door & located on the raised ground floor level of this Albany Villa.

The spacious central entrance hallway of the apartment has doors to the impressive spacious sunny Living /Dining room measuring approx 18 x 16 ft . with dining table to seat 8-10 people and 3 sofa beds ( to sleep 3 adults comfortably or 2 small adults or children at a squeeze), rugs, TV and Wi fi. internet access,

The master Quad bedroom (sleeps 4) with double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as 2 singles if you prefer, (please state your preference at the time of booking) There is also a double sofa bed in this bedroom which is located to the rear of the building.This bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with single shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Off the hallway again, there is a door to the family bathroom with white fixtures & fittings: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin, with neutral wall tiles.

There is a further door off the hallway to the kitchen/ breakfast room with wood units, and black worktops. The kitchen window over looks the good sized walled garden. The kitchen has Hob/Oven/Washing machine, slimline dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and is fully equipped for your self catering needs. Table & chairs for that early morning coffee.

The small bright & sunny front second bedroom is located off the inner lobby & accessed via the kitchen, the inner lobby leads to a flight of steps leading down to the patio & surprisingly large garden, ideal for lazy summer afternoons and relaxation.

The second bedroom is a lovely small bright double room with double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as a double or as twins. Sleeps 2.

The apartment has a very rare off road parking space (such parking spaces normally sell for £10 a day in High season and is included in the price for the first season).

Nestling between the South Downs & the sea on the stunning south coast, Brighton has everything from Regency heritage to beachfront cool.

Brighton and Hove

Hove is the best kept secret of Brighton, the seafront is a great place to escape to, away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton but near enough to catch the vibes. Just being by the sea is great and made all the prettier by the Hove beach huts in their array of colours. It doesn't feel like a tourist area, but has a laid-back, village or notting hill type atmosphere.

The promenade attracts roller-bladers, baby buggies and dog walkers. There are football games , family picnics on the grassy areas, and an area for playing boules or just generally chilling out.

Because of all this activity, its great to stop at the open-air cafe's and watch the world go by or admire the old regency buildings along the front.

"Great location, parking a real plus!"

Enjoyed our stay, far enough from full on hustle & bustle but close enough to walk to pier along the fabulous promenade. Great restaurants/bars at top of road & beach the other end.… More
