The house is well laid out with a large attractive welcome lobby as you walk in. Immediately to the left is a very spacious lounge area which comfortable seats large groups, as well as offering lovely French doors out onto the garden and decked terrace.

From the right of the lobby there is also one of 2 WC's as well as the first of the double bedrooms. Past that you come to the huge dining and kitchen space which is perfect for large group lunches, and again access onto the decked terrace which runs the full length of the building to the back.

From the lobby you also have the stairs up to the first floor and the 5 other bedrooms as well as the 2 other bathrooms. The ground floor is natural wood flooring with a quality carpet going through the stairs and upstairs to provide warmth and quiet.
