This is a fabulous bright living space at the front on the property with floor to ceiling double glazed windows looking out to sea and patio doors leading out on to the terrace. There are two comfortable leather sofas for you to relax on.

This gorgeous oak kitchen with huge stainless steel fridge freezer is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There is a 6 ring gas hob and double oven. The kitchen has the added benefit of granite worktops. A utility room housing washing machine and dishwasher is next to the kitchen.
Master bedroom with beautiful roll top bath en-suite. Large double bed and sea views. Plenty of wardrobe space. There is a TV and also a wooden seat to admire the sea views!
Bedroom 2 is a comfortable bright twin bedroom overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 3 is a pretty double bedroom with mahogany double wardrobe.
There are 2 bathrooms at this property both beautifully finished with high end fixtures and fittings. One with roll top bath, separate shower and twin sinks. The other with powerful shower.

The garden has a lawned area with good sized patios plus garage parking and parking for 4-5 cars. There is a free parking in the surrounding area. Ideal for families and group bookings too. Beautiful walks are abundant in the surrounding countryside and the beach is less than 5 minutes away.
A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival and we also require a refundable security deposit that is payable 2 weeks before your arrival. This is refundable within 7 working days of your departure.
