The house is in the lower part of the North Laine, close to the Brighton Pavilion.

The street is a traditional terrace of Victorian houses from the 1800s. The North Laine is a vibrant area of Brighton known for its small galleries, art and craft shops, lively pubs, cafes and a variety of independent shops. The area is also home to popular entertainment venues such as Komedia. The North Laine is a central Brighton district so you are also very close to the seafront, Brighton Pavilion, main shopping areas and The Lanes. The house dates from the late 1800s is set over three floors. It is finished in an stylish contemporary style with vintage touches.

Living Room and Dining Room

The open plan living room easily seats 6-8 people, has a large window to the front. It has exposed wooden floors and has been furnished using a mix of contemporary and vintage pieces. The dining area seats six people and overlooks the patio garden to the rear. It is bright and welcoming and has interesting photographic artwork. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod music docking station.


The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fried-freezer, four ring hob and oven. There is a microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster and a wide range of pots, crockery etc. The kitchen leads onto the rear patio garden. The kitchen is in excellent condition having only been recently installed.

Patio Garden

The patio garden to the rear of the property, is fully decked and has seating for six people. The white-washed walls keep the area lovely and bright and the it gets the sun well into the late afternoon. There is patio lighting and a wall heater to keep the chill at bay in the evening.


The large bathroom is on the first floor and has a free standing, claw foot bathtub, separate walk-in shower, wash-hand basin and WC. It has been tastefully finished in a striking black and green colour scheme, with lovely crackle glaze tiles.


The house has 3 double bedrooms. There are two larger bedrooms, one on the first floor the other in the lower-ground floor each with a large window to the front of the property. The 3rd bedroom is a small double and over-looks the patio garden to the rear. The rooms are tastefully decorated, contain storage for clothes, have wall mirrors and plenty of pillows and cushions. Clean towels are provided in each room.

The house has gas central heating and Wifi throughout.
