The Star of Brunswick....a perfect spot for your holiday! This gorgeous two bedroom contemporary apartment used to be a pub and has been superbly refurbished to create a wonderful living space. It is moments from the beach and Hove lawns. The shopping areas of Brighton and Hove are a short walk away and there is a plethora of independent cafes, bars, delis and restaurants right on the doorstep. This apartment is great for those who want to explore the beautiful city or simply relax on the lawns or pebble beach.

The Star of Brunswick is set on two floors. The private entrance leads to two good sized bedrooms on the ground floor with the main bedroom benefitting from an en-suite wet room. The second bedroom features a glass floor! The staircase leads down to the open plan kitchen and living area, full bathroom and patio area. The pub's old beer chute is now covered with glass bricks and lets light in to the fully fitted kitchen - a fabulous feature!

The Star of Brunswick is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard with all your home comforts including recordable FreeSat TV, iPod docking station and unlimited Wi-Fi. Other facilities include:

- Fully fitted modern kitchen, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

- En-suite wet room and full bathroom.

- Bedding and towels are provided.

Please enquire about bringing pets...we are quite partial to a small, cute pug or two!

Your Brighton Holiday rules:

Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £500 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try and accommodate all guests as much as humanly possible. Prior to arrival we arrange a check in time. If this is exceeded by 30 minutes or we are not called and notified there can be a waiting fee. We try to accommodate all our guests and don't like to disappoint but we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.

Extra guests are charged at £50 each and the guests information that is sent directly from YBH Ltd after the booking has to be completed and returned 2 weeks prior to arrival. All guests booking within two weeks have to return the information 48 hours prior to arrival.

On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a stag or hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.

Lastly thanks you for booking and we welcome you with our meet and greet service. Please call the Property Manager 15 minutes prior to arrival.

"Exactly What we Needed"

All we needed was a place to stay for six people, for one night. This was perfect. Hotels in the area were all £200 a night for a double room and most of them also wanted a minimum 2 night stay so the costs would have been astronomical. Not only did this place work out costing us a little over £50 each, it is decorated to an excellent standard and is very modern inside. Its very close to the beach and a short taxi to the main bars. You're also just off Western St anyway. Great location, Great place and great price considering what else is on offer. I will certainly be using Holiday Lettings in the future. If there was one thing that was slightly annoying its the late check in and early check out times though. We had to be out by 10am. Could've done with a couple more hours to sleep off the booze! Brighton is a great place to party though.

"Luxury home away from home!"

We stayed in this modern luxury flat in Hove over the weekend of 7-9 June 2013.
It truly was a wonderful weekend away & this accommodation made all the difference.
It was very well located to all the amenities that we required.
It is very well equipped & we didn't need for anything.
The flat was once a bar & the features have been put to good use to give this flat quirkiness.
It was also great value for money and the flexibility meant we were not required to stay a set amount of nights
We will definitely return to this little gem as it was a great find!!
