The Artist House is a newly refurbished holiday home in the Kemptown area of Brighton. The property dates back to the 1790's and is full of character, arranged over 4 floors and filled with original artwork and antiques.

Superbly situated a stone's throw from the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier. This property is ideal for small groups, families or corporate bookings who want easy access to Brighton's restaurants, bars, nightclubs, train station, conference centres and shops.

The house is finished to a high standard after 6 months of renovations, it is bright fresh and airy and sleeps 8 comfortably. There are three king size double beds - two of which are zip-link giving the option of four single beds, and a fourth double. Quality pure cotton white bed linen and towels are provided.

Sorry no hen and stag parties permitted at this property.

Access Information

The house is arranged over four floors and being 250 years old, the staircases are narrow. There are a few steps up to the front door. Sorry, no disabled access.

There is no parking with this property. High Street car park is just around the corner from the property or meter parking is available between 9am - 6pm, free parking in these bays between 6pm and 9am.
