Seaside Studio is a super gem of a property located on the ground floor of a large Victorian house. This bright studio apartment is just a short stroll to Hove seafront and the Big Beach Cafe (owned by Norman Cook, of Big Beach Boutique fame). It is the perfect place to stay if you are a couple on a budget & want a quiet break in comfortable surroundings. It's ideal for a Brighton weekend city break or a Monday to Friday Business trip or indeed for a short term let of up to a month. This property will suit the single person, a couple or 2 friends. It sleeps a maximum of 2, a great choice if you are a keen surfer or need to be near Hove Lagoon.

You can find bus information by copying and pasting this link. The number 700 runs along the seafront and more buses run from the top of Langdale gardens.

Living Area

The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater sofa with colour TV with free-view Multi channels, the studio also has wi-fi broadband internet access.

Bedroom Area

The bedroom area has a very comfortable single Captain's bed with a 'pull-out' trundle bed which pops ups to make a double or twin beds, making this property ideal for two friends or a couple visiting Brighton & Hove for a seaside break or short term work contract.

Kitchen Area

This small kitchen unit houses a wash basin, microwave, 2 ring hob and a fridge with small freezer compartment, fab design for your self catering needs. There is a table and chairs for 2 guests.

For your information, the nearest launderette is at the top of Langdale Gardens, where there are numerous interesting independent shops and takeaways.

Free parking with the exception of 2 hours a day, (no free parking between 10am-11am and 7pm-8pm Monday to Sunday). There is On-street meter parking nearby and there are a limited number of visitor parking vouchers available that can be booked for your stay. "Excellent getaway location"

Excellent stay. Apartment was very well equipped with a compact kitchen and a couch. Location is good for bus connection to Brighton, although it is a lovely walk in nice weather. The owner of the apa… More
