The three double bedroom cottage comprises of an open plan living room with two sofa’s – one of which is a double sofa bed for groups larger than 6 people.
The open plan micro kitchen is fully equipped.
There is no dining room, but with the best of Brighton's restaurants on your doorstep you really won’t want to stay in to cook, but there is everything you need for preparing a simple meal or takeaway on laps.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with basin.
Separate wet-room with twin showers, basin and WC, underfloor heating.
On the second floor a further two bedrooms, one with basin. These bedrooms have zip and link beds which can be arranged as twin rooms or king size doubles.
Due to the age of the property the doorways and staircases are unusually narrow. Sorry, no disabled access.

The terrace can be connected to give access to the next door property, Smugglers Retreat, - should you book both.
The cottage is located down an old twitten lane (pedestrian alley way).

The property does not come with free parking although there are plenty of carparks in the immediate area.
The central location means the area can be noisy at night, especially during summer weekends. Therefore we have supplied each room with complimentary ear plugs for light sleepers.
