One double bed and a comfortable day bed allowing the facility for 3 people to sleep. Suitable for a group of friends or a family .Large HD TV.

Good size kitchen and bathroom. Electric shower. Bath tub with hot and cold water.

Dining table with 4 chairs. Allocated towels will be left on the bed or on the cloth dryer. Extra towels used will be charged.

Bed linen will be changed by us after every booking. Please do not remove all the linen. We will do that for you.

Kitchen will be stocked with some essential ingredients like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc for your immediate use.

Good size separate kitchen with a small breakfast bar. Living and dining room with a pull out metal day bed. 42" Plasma TV and dining table. XBox 360. Best bring your own games.

BT home hub- wireless connection.

Travel cot can be placed in the living room/ possibly in the bed room too.

Pull out bed can be used as a double bed or as two singles. White cotton towels. Extra towels can be requested but will be charged for cleaning.

We expect the flat to be in good clean order when you vacate. Excessive cleaning required will be charged.

Bedroom with a double bed is small with a mirror, dressing table, stool, stand alone lamp and small bed side stool next to the bed. There is a overhead storage cupboard.

Hove train station is the nearest. Direct trains from Gatwick Airport and London Victoria station. There is a Tesco Metro near the station with a cash machine, to pick up the essentials on your way to the apartment.

Meter parking is available in the street same side as the property. Full day cost is £5, YOU NEED COINS FOR THIS. Sunday free parking!

One block away from the house at Cromwell Road is a bus stop, Bus 7 will take you to Brighton Town center and all the way to Brighton Marina. Full day passes available for under £4.00 from corner shops.

Corner shop with all the essentials are 2mins away. Sainsbury's and all cloth shops on Western Road where Palmaira square is. 5mins walk to these shops. Church Street cafes and shops are 5mins away from the flat. Straight down from Hove station is George Street which has a selection of good shops, large Tesco store, coffee shops, bars, banks, etc

We will also keep some basic ingredients like, salt, sugar, tea, oil etc.....

Please only use the allocated towels and bed linen. Toilet papers will be there.

Please contact before spending on any purchases which you are intended to claim back from us. Remember to keep the receipt!

You can amend your guests at any time. Please let us know if you do so. No additional cost for these changes.

"Pleasant, convenient, easy access to all areas of Hove and Brighton"

We had a lovely stay in this 'small but perfectly formed' one bedroom flat. One thing I would say to anyone bringng a car to Brighton, bring lots of change for the parking meters.

"Very nice place to stay :)"

My family was very happy with that flat. Nice location, close to buses, train station (easy to get train to London), 15mins walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to brighton.
Flat was enough for a week, all basic thing were provided. Contact with agancy was easy and quick. Deposit was send back very quick. Strongly recomend :)

The cleanliness was awful, mould on walls and windows, the kitchen sink was dirty and bathroom was terrible. The carpet was dirty and there was a draft coming through the sash windows which had obviou… More

"Nice flat in great location"

Nice little flat for me, my partner and toddler to stay in when we came to brighton to see family. With the flat being in Hove it meant we were out of the hustle and bustle of the centre, but close enough by for it to only take 10 mins to get to town. Would have been hard work if we had to lug a buggy up and down two flights of stairs every day, but thankfully it stayed in the car. It had everything we needed and the owner was friendly and helpful when we had any queries regarding the flat. All in all a good flat :)

Thank you for your feed back. Guests who has issues with stairs have a choice to rent the first floor flat in the same building, which has only 10 plus stairs to climb.

"Clean and good value"

We never met up with Suran (the Manager) on location as she was out of town when we arrived, but luckilly we had relatives nearby who got hold of the keys to the apartment one day before we arrived. B… More

Thank you for your feed back. Taxi ride from the flat to Brighton is about £5 and the walking will take 20mins. Under 10mins is Hove lawns by the sea, beautiful area to relax.
Large bin on the road is where the rubbish bag goes. We have Xbox 360 and toys for younger kids.
