This luxury apartment is situate on top of the Hilton Metropole 4* hotel on Brighton seafront and offers stunning panoramic sea views throughout. Newly refurbished, it combines contemporary style with modern living in a self contained apartment whilst potentially taking advantage of the hotel's classically styled bar, restaurant and, at a small additional cost, the gym, spa, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. On bright, sunny days the apartment provides views of such clarity they are most beguiling but equally, bleak winter days offer up contrasting seafront views of pounding waves punctuated by wind blown dog walkers and joggers. The kitchen is fully fitted and you can cook to your heart's desire. Alternatively, local restaurants can deliver your favourite meal whilst you take the opportunity of curling up on one of the settees and reading your latest choice on your Kindle or simply watching television or choosing from a selection of family friendly DVDs. The bathroom has been fitted with Lord & Lady sinks and the mirrors sport celebrity style lighting. The power shower is suitably forceful and you can even enjoy the stunning sea views whilst shampooing your hair! The style of the bathroom reflects the seaside location and towels are provided. The bedroom is simply furnished with luxurious, tailor made curtains to keep in the warmth in winter and to keep out the early morning, bright light. Wake up to the sounds of waves on the beach, accompanied by gentle cries from seagulls reeling past the seventh floor windows.

The Fair Trade City of Brighton & Hove is renowned for its creative and alternative tolerant society, the fabulous restaurants and cafés to suit all pockets, its nightclubs and cocktail bars together with the independent boutiques and curiosity shops found clustered in the Lanes and North Laines. Designer shops rub shoulders with beautifully presented cup cake displays in bow fronted café windows. All diets are exceptionally well catered for with a broad understanding of the importance of personal customer service. For the more active visitor, golf courses abound, the National Cycle Network is part of the City's infrastructure, the South Downs and all that has to offer is simply a bus ride or car journey away. Trains northwards to London and southwest towards historical Chichester and beyond offer exciting excursions and scope for fabulous memories and photo opportunities. Brighton now boasts its own annual half and full marathons alongside all of the usual keep fit opportunities and this apartment is ideally located to take advantage of quite simply everything happening in Brighton. If you fancy a few hours of fishing for mackerel, pop along to the Marina and enjoy the experience. Sample its restaurants and free parking for the cinema and supermarket. Visit Shoreham airport and book a flight, taking you high into the skies by either helicopter or small plane. Choose from an array of flights suitable for you or charter one to nip you across the channel for a languid luncheon! Choose this apartment to cure your writer's block; choose this apartment to clear your head and nurture yourself; choose this apartment as a surprise get away from the family, no matter how much you love them; choose this apartment to provide sanctuary for when you shop until you drop.
