Arranged over 2 floors, sleeping up to 16 people, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) It includes a huge 1000 sq ft versatile open plan living space for that special gathering of friends or colleagues, exposed steel beams, oak floors, floating staircase, designer furniture, bespoke storage, a huge flat screen TV, carefully selected art work. With 4 bedrooms, a self-contained annexe and secure off street parking.

This centrally located, loft style, Brighton weekend accommodation is designed with 3 things in mind:space, that is as versatile as it is comfortable; great use of furnishings and fittings, the notion that weekend accommodation can – and should – look and feel just like a beautifully designed home.

Cutting Edge Space

Accessed from street level and its own front door, situated on the first floor, the living space consists of an enormous 1000 sq ft open plan area with exposed steel beams, oak floors, large Crittall style windows and walls either clad in oak panels or finished in raw white plaster, a kitchen, shower and cloakroom. The floating staircase, designer furniture, bespoke storage, a huge flat screen TV and a selection of limited edition photographic prints and art work add to this beautifully lit, relaxed and very cool, extraordinary space, with cutting edge design epitomised by the attached shower and wash room, a state-of-the-art fibreglass shell, and by its kitchen area, with oxidised metal sheeting covering the units. The kitchen table seats up to 16 people, perfect for your special event.

Second Floor

Situated on the top floor, off a naturally lit corridor, and accessed by way of the above mentioned floating staircase, the bedrooms run the length of the building. There are 3 standard sized rooms and one master bedroom. Each room has a double bed, storage and fittings. One of the standard rooms and the master bedroom includes an open plan steel bath.

Self Contained Annexe

There is an annexe which may be accessed by a private set of stairs, and comes with its own kitchen and en suite shower room, sleeps 3

The property can comfortably accommodate groups of 10. In the event of a larger group booking, roll-out beds will allow for up to 16 guests.

PLEASE NOTE Brighton Loft Apartments are located above a newly opened vintage antiques market & a cool coffee counter serving great coffee, cakes and sandwiches with great choice of background music.

The layout:

Open Plan Living Area

You walk up the stairs into a huge open plan living area. There are 5 sofas so plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. A fabulous communal space for guests to relax in. There is a large flat screen television for entertainment.

The kitchen is at the far end and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Including double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Wet Room 1

Just off the main living area is a wet-room.

Bedroom 1: Sleeps 3: 1 'zip and link' double or twin bed plus single guest bed.

Walk up the floating metal staircase and the first bedroom off the hallway can sleep up to 3 guests. There is a zip and link bed which can be arranged as a double or as 2 singles. (Please specify your preference at the time of booking) There is an additional single guest bed. There is also the luxury of a bath in the corner.

Bedroom 2: sleeps 3: 1 'zip and link 'double or twin bed plus single guest bed.

The next bedroom along the hallway which can also sleep up to 3 guests. Again with zip and link bed that can be arranged as 2 singles or 1 double. This bedroom also has an additional single guest bed.

Wet Room 2

Situated between bedroom 2 and 3

Bedroom 3/ Master Bedroom: Sleeps 4: 1 'zip and link' 'double/twin beds plus 2 singles.

Further along the hallway, this is the largest of the bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests. We have a zip and link bed which can be arranged as a double or 2 singles.(please specify your preference in the booking form comments section) There are 2 additional single guest beds. This bedroom also benefits from a bath in the corner.

Bedroom 4 is accessed through bedroom 3 by a door. For extra privacy a curtain can be drawn in bedroom 3 if bedroom 4 is to be accessed.

Bedroom 4: Sleeps 3: 1 'zip and link' double or twin beds plus single guest bed.

At the end of the hallway is the final bedroom. This bedroom can sleep up to 3 guests. There is a zip and link bed which can be arranged as 2 singles or one double.(please specify your preference) There is also an additional single guest bed.

Studio/Self Contained Annexe: Sleeps 3 1 x double sofa bed plus single guest bed.

Downstairs from bedroom 4 there is a self contained studio. This open plan studio comprises of a lounge/kitchen which has a double sofa bed allowing 2 additional guests to sleep here. There is also an additional single guest bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Wet Room 3

In the studio there is another wet room.

PLEASE NOTE:

Whilst the property can accommodate 16 guests it does feel a bit like a dormitory! The ideal group size is 10 with 2 guests per bedroom/studio, 14 works well with 3 in each of the bedrooms and 2 in the studio, 16 is OK if you squeeze an extra guest in the master bedroom and studio.

Weekend rentals are from Friday 3 pm until Sunday 10 am. Sunday night is half price/weekday rate.

Early arrivals, late departure and full week bookings are available on request.

"amazing place to stay!"
