This amazing stunning apartment is on the top ( third floor) floor of a magnificent Grade II Regency mansion, and is the perfect base for a wonderful break in bustling Brighton and Hove.

The apartment and is conveniently situated equidistant between Hove and Brighton. It is just two minutes away from the seafront and Hove Lawns, a few moments from the bustling Western / Church Road and just 10 minutes away from Central Brighton.

The apartment can sleep up to six, and comprises two double bedrooms, a large living room/dining room (with a double sofa bed which can be utilised if required), kitchen and bathroom.

It has recently been redecorated and renovated throughout, and the kitchen and bathroom are both newly fitted. Tastefully furnished and well equipped, it also features high ceilings, period features and spacious living space.

Parking can be difficult and expensive in Brighton and Hove, therefore the apartment is best reached by train from either Brighton or Hove station. If you do drive then as the apartment is out of the central Brighton area parking is available on street with full day meter parking a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment itself is located in an ideal spot a short walk from Brighton town centre means that those stag and hen weekends wont keep you awake all night long. But near enough to enjoy and walk back to this luxury apartment right by the sea.

"Fabulous regency flat in a fantastic location"

This is a lovely regency flat which is extremely comfortable where nothing has been left to chance. It is really light and airy and the sun lights up all the rooms but this doesn't mean you wake up early as the owner has fitted blackout curtains. We loved sitting in the lounge with the windows open just chilling and looking out over the rooftops. The flat is in a fantastic location! If you turn left outside the front door you can see the sea and it's literally a 2 minute walk to the prom. On our first day we walked along the front and stopped for tea at the Grand Hotel (which I can highly recommend). If you turn right outside the front door it is a 2 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops catering for every taste. I will definitely go back.

"Fantastic location!!"

Had a lovely weekend in this flat! It's modern, clean and comfy, and the best thing is it is in a perfect location - 2 mins walk from the seafront and lots of great restaurants around in hove. I will definitely be staying here again!

"Stunning flat and right near everything!"

We stayed here for a long weekend in March. The flat is located in between Hove and Brighton which was perfect! You can walk into the centre in about 10-15 minutes and walk to the beach in about 3 minutes. The flat it is great for anyone wanting to find a home away from home. You can tell it's been recently refurbished and has a modern and big living room. The bedrooms are lovely and the kitchen and bathroom both look very new. On one of the evening's we cooked a nice meal and chilled out inside. On the other evening we went to a restaurant on the street just up from the flat. There is so much choice and to be honest we didn't feel the need to go into the centre. I'm trying to think of some constructive criticism but it really does have everything you need from a holiday home. We will definitely stay here again! Enjoy! :)

"Beautiful apartment by the sea"

I booked this apartment for a relaxing weekend by the sea. The location is absolutely perfect - about 2 minutes to the sea front, and just round the corner from Western Road, and all the cafes, bars and quirky shops. It's really close to both Brighton and Hove, which is also handy. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It's at the top of a beautiful Georgian mansion on a lovely quiet street. The two bedrooms are both comfortable and nicely decorated and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. It was really easy to book and arrange picking up the keys. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning soon!
