This lovely apartment is situated in a quiet road, yet still only a few minutes walk from local amenities - supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops and the seafront.
The spacious sitting room is stylishly furnished and decorated and offers ample room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Browse the books, watch TV or just chill! For cold nights there is a lovely flame effect fire for added warmth.
The kitchen is small but perfectly formed and is equipped with a microwave, electric oven with gas hob, George Foreman grill, wok and plenty of utensils. There is also a washing machine provided. Feel free to help yourselves to tea and coffee in the cupboard!
The double bedroom has plenty of clothes storage and there are delightful French shutters on the windows to block out the light or flood the room with sunlight – the choice is yours! The white bathroom suite has an electric shower built in.
Included in the price is all your bed linen, towels and welcome pack to ease you into your stay. Fresh flowers, free tea and coffee, DVD player, stereo and books to browse are just some of the bonuses.

Many of our guests like to sit down for an evening meal - and there is a small table provided which can seat 3 adults.
Whilst I don't have a sofa bed, there is a comfortable fold up futon with a duvet and linen provided for the third adult - please refer to the price list for this.

Unfortunately I don't have a parking space, however, there are plenty of parking meters nearby and an all day car park a short distance away in Norton Road. You will find this to be far cheaper than in Central Brighton and you can avoid the queues!
There is also a small outbuilding to store any bikes should you wish to leave them - I can provide the key.

The South East England region
London is only an hour away on the train, Gatwick is only 30 mins by train or car.
The South Downs are on the doorstep and are good for all those avid walkers, horse riders etc
There’s more to England’s South East than London’s metropolitan buzz. The area is crammed with picturesque architecture and textbook English villages.
There are plenty of walking paths – the South Downs Way and the Thames Path take ramblers right through the heart of this area.
Brighton and Hove
Brighton & Hove is always buzzing come rain or shine!
There is a comedy festival every October and the fantastic Brighton Festival come May.
Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants throughout the city to suit all pockets and tastes.
Excellent nightlife with a number of fantastic nightclubs, music venues and late night pubs.
Tourist attractions include the Brighton Dome, the Palace Pier, the lanes and north lane for quirky shopping.

"A home from home in an ideal location"
This good-sized apartment is ideally located on the border between Hove and Brighton. The sea is minutes away and the area very quiet and clean and - well, the best part of town really.
It doesn't have the feel or look of a standard holiday apartment which can often feel impersonal. It's quite the opposite in fact. It's perfect for someone who likes to feel they're using a friend's flat for the weekend. I relax immediately - this was my second visit. It is half the price of a hotel room, twice as spacious and has three times the character!

"Comfortable apartment in a great location"
This lovely apartment felt like home from home, as it was so much more comfortable and convenient for us than a hotel. The location couldn't have been better, only a couple of minutes walk from Hove's lively Western Road with its amazing choice of bars, restaurants and cafes. The sea front a further 5 mintues on foot. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and really went out of his way to ensure everything was okay for us. We will definitely stay here again.

"Amazing...perfect location, home from home...everything you could want."
The apartment is very near the train station, one bus journey for 10 minutes, but easily in walking distance.
Supermarkets 5 minutes away, beach 5 minutes walk.....lots of lovely small shops on main road to Brighton, loads of lovely cafes for a coffee....
Peter was incredibly helpful from the very start of the whole process, nothing was too much trouble, he even met us off the bus !!
His apartment has everything you would need and is beautifully furnished and his antiques are fascinating, would recommend 100 %...
Already planning when we can return, thanks Peter for everything,

Everything on your doorstep! Shops restaurants and pubs! 20 min walk to centre of brighton. The beach 5 min walk. Flat very comfortable but the kitchen a little cramped. Lovely big windows let light in, in the living room and bedroom. Bathroom needs an update and bedroom needs a de-clutter! Although comfortable and we will stay again.

"LOVELY FLAT NEAR THE SEA AND BRIGHTON CENTER"
I have been to the UK many times, both for my job and on holiday. I have stayed with friends or in hotels, normally 4 star hotels. I decided to give a try to this, for me, new type of accommodation. I was very well satisfied. The location of the flat is very convenient to visit Brighton, to enjoy the seaside and also near the railway station to go to London, to other places in the South of the country and to get from or to Gatwick Airport. The flat was clean and tidy. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and, as a bonus, you can help yourself to tea, coffee etc. The sitting room is very nice, with a lovely decoration. The bedroom is very comfortable, we appreciated the shutters! I only wish there was a comfortable folding bed in the sitting room.
It is very easy to deal with the owner, Mr Peter Taylor. He is serious, reliable, very trusting and ready to help. I wish him good luck with all his guests! We are already thinking of asking him to let us stay in his flat again next year!
