About the home

This is a charming, nicely decorated and furnished one bedroom converted cottage with a relaxing garden in a very central location and with its own car parking space. The cottage sleeps up to four people but all the weekly rental prices shown are for two people only. Ideal as a holiday or business base.

Self Catering and the shops are all within a short walk. Separate shower room - comfortable bedroom. Spacious sitting room with kitchen off. Doors leading to charming small enclosed garden. Dedicated car parking space to the front.

The kitchen has an electric cooker and extractor fan, washing machine, fridge, microwave and is very neat and compact. TV in the sitting room with DVD player plus CD/radio. Dining table and four chairs. Standard size double bed in the bedroom with lights and bedside tables. We can accommodate groups of up to 4 persons.

A very good feature of this property is the charming small enclosed garden with plants, flowers and bushes. Sun bed, chairs and table complete the garden setting.

For bookings of two weeks or more there will be a linen/towel change each week. As already stated the prices quoted are for 2 people. For extra people using the bed settee please add £50 per person per week.

Conditions

Returnable damage/cleaning deposit required to be held. £200 per week booking deposit. Balance and damage deposit due one month before.

The South East England / Sussex region

In the area of East & West Sussex there is much to do. The historic town of Arundel with its famous castle is a 45 minute drive away. There are stately homes and gardens to be visited all around. Eastbourne - only 45 minutes away to the East - is a sunny Victorian seaside resort well worth a visit.

The Brighton and Hove / Hove area

The Royal Pavilion is a must for a visit.in Brighton, followed by The Lanes and Brighton Pier.

In the Summer there are many seafront attractions to be enjoyed. The historic seaside village of Rottingdean - only three miles away - and easily reached by bus is also well worth a visit with its olde worlde feel as you browse the many interesting shops, pubs, the village green and pond and the ancient church.

Holland Road is reached from the main seafront road between Adelade Crescent and Lansdown Place. About half way up the road on the right there is a converted home garage with a parking space called Rowan Cottage.
