3 Self-contained holiday apartments, near the harbour and walking distance from the South beach, Spa Centre, shopping area and main amenities of Bridlington Town Centre and with local shops & Tesco's supermarket close by. There is also a launderette around the corner from the property

A complimentary 24/7 on street parking permit is provided for the duration of the stay.

This 3 star (Visit England) centrally heated Apartment 1 is on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible self-contained apartment with a private secure and secluded rear block paved patio garden. Family bedroom ( 1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with sofa bed and French Doors to garden area, kitchen/breakfast room, shower room.

This apartment has been graded Mobility Level 2 wheelchair access by Quality in Tourism. It has waist height light switches and sockets and appropriately places hand rails and a pull down toilet rail. A raised toilet seat and shower stool and portable wheelchair ramp are available on request.

There is a small parking area within the paved garden accessible from an alleyway at the rear of the property which can be used if required and is suitable for smaller sized cars. However, most customers make use of the complimentary 24/7 parking permit. provided for the duration of the stay.

A travel cot and high chair can be loaned subject to availability at no charge.

Hull and York are only 1 hours drive away or can be accessed by public transport.

Scarborugh and the North Yorkshire coast is only 30 minutes derice away.


Bridlington is a typical British seaside resort with the usual seaside amenities. There are 2 beaches, North Beach and South Beach. Marina Holiday Apartments are just off the harbour front and very close to South Beach.

Nearby are Sewerby House & Gardens, danes Dyke, Flamborough Head, Bempton RSPB site famous for Gannets and Puffins in the breeding season.

Scarborough is only 30 minutes drive away;

"Good location nice apartment very clean"

Located near Bridlington spa the ground floor apartment is a good base and ideal for families. Having stayed at a 4 star cottage in Flamborough the apartment is Brid was not comparable but was adequate for our needs and the hosts are fantastic. It's a little tired and probably just needs updating but has all relevant facilities in all rooms with a nice outdoor area. It was clean and tidy to a high standard, ideal for families. As usual Jayne is lovely and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. Janet, the owner, is always helpful and obliging and I thank her for suggesting the apartment as we had a lovely weekend in Brid.

"Realy good"

Had a great holiday in Bridlington apartment was great and spacious and well equipped. Jayne the host was friendly and welcoming. The only fault is the exterior looks a bit scruffy which is a shame as… More

"Spacious Mobilty Friendly Apartment"

If you have family or relatives that want a short holiday at the coast , these apartments are situated 5 minutes from the Spa and harbour .
As an added bonus apartment 1 is fitted out with plenty of Mobility features, rooms were clean and tidy, although from the outside the building looked a bit rundown and maybe could do with a paint job , to freshen it up.
One last comment added plus plenty of equipment in kitchen , cutlery etc.

With regards to the exterior, we are hoping to undertake upgrade work to the frontage of the property at some point later this year.

"Good location"

Very well appointed apartment in good location for all amenities.
Property in immediate surroundings a bit run down but because it is so close to the seafront it doesn't matter. Seagulls very noisy but adds to the charm!

In response to the comment regarding nearby property being a bit run down, Bridlington is currently pursuing a major redevelopment programme around the harbour and town areas known as the ´Bridlington Action Plan´ aimed at enhancing the area for the benefit of residents and tourists alike. This should result in a considerable improvement for holidaymakers to the area.
