This cottage sleeps five people, in two bedrooms consisting of one double and one family room with a triple bunk, as well as a family shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and shared use of a patio area with furniture and barbecue. Greystones is an ideal holiday home for families who wish to explore Bridlington, Filey and Skipsea.

Barmston is a small village which offers a pub serving food and a duck pond, plus nearby there is a sandy beach. Six miles away is the traditional seaside town of Bridlington and also nearby is Skipsea, Bempton Nature Reserve, Hornsea Freeport, golf courses and historic houses and gardens.
