Holly Cottage sleeps up to 10 people and provides all you will need for a relaxing, very comfortable holiday stay for your family and friends. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Cot and high chair can also be provided.
Suited more to a family of up to 10 rather than 10 adults. Sleeping accommodation is 2 King Size Double Bedrooms - total 4 people, Bedroom with 2 Single Bed and Bunks - total 4 people; downstairs Sitting Room with Deluxe Sofa Bed for 2 people. Total 10 people. Cot can be put into any of these rooms, if required.
The cottage is two storey with level entrance, easy access to the ground floor open plan fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, also dining area, lounge and french doors out on to the patio. Separate utility area with sink and washing machine.
Ground floor bathroom with easy access shower.
Across the hallway the separate lounge can be used as a bedroom if required for less able guests, this room has a deluxe double bed settee, wardrobe reclining chair and flat screen TV with DVD.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms.
The Lilac room has a King Size beautiful four poster bed, walk in wardrobe and flat screen TV
The Rose room has a King Size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and flat screen TV.
The Aqua room, is a very large room with 2 single beds and full size bunk beds suitable for children or young adults. A dressing table, wardrobe and flat screen TV.
There is space for a travel cot in any of the bedrooms if required.
Family bathroom with toilet, free standing bath and large corner shower unit.
The second smaller bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and corner shower.
Kitchen diner open plan design, breakfast bar for casual dining and large dining table for family meals. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full size electric cooker, ceramic hob. A separate utility room with washing machine

Holly Cottage is detached with a large lawn at the front with mature trees. The gated drive has parking for 2 cars. There is a corner patio with bench. At the rear is a large patio with a small corner garden, picnic table, sun parasol and BBQ. French doors in to the lounge.
The area all around the cottage is level, ideal for the less physically able and for children to play.
Heavy duty bike lock and chain to safely store your cycles.
An easy stroll to beach and local amenities, no car park costs.

Yorkshire is the largest county in England.Yorkshire has a long and varied coastline with dramatic cliffs and beautiful coastal walks. Bustling family resorts, golden beaches and pretty traditional fishing villages with loads of charm and character.
Bridlington is the start of the Heritage Trail, you can walk or cycle for miles on identified tracks up on to the cliffs. The amazing cliffs at Flamborough are world renown and nature lovers will appreciate and love the RSPB Reserve at Bempton near Bridlington where 200,000 birds visit and nest making the cliffs come alive.
All around Bridlington the East Yorkshire villages and market towns, usually with village greens and duck ponds are worth a visit as is the North Yorkshire Steam Railway taking you through the HEARTBEAT COUNTRY of TV fame. Yorkshire has something to suit everyone, from stately Castle Howard and Burton Agnes Hall , to ancient ruins of monesterys, rugged moorland and National parks. The medieval historic city of YORK with its famous museums and numerous attractions is only 45 minutes from Bridlington.
The Bridlington area
Bridlington is a traditional seaside resort and has a wonderful spacious level promenade linking the North and South golden award winning beaches There are amusements, arcardes and rides. Throughout the year there are activities on the beach to watch or join in suitable for all ages, plenty of space for children to happily play beach games.
The harbour is a working fishing port and you can see the fishing catch being landed, renown for lobster and shell fish, a wonderful treat. You can fish from the harbour walls or sea fish from the beach, bait is available to buy. There are also pleasure boat trips from here along the coast.
On the North Beach the Leisure Centre has swimming pool, slide and organised play activities.The fun Land Train takes you along the promenade up on to the cliff tops to Sewerby Park and Gardens, where there is a small Zoo, tearooms and crafts shops. Voted an award winning picnic site the view overlooking the coast is wonderful. Throughout the year there are varied events held at Sewerby Park.
In the old town area of Bridlington, the pace is slower and charming, old Georgian Houses, tearooms, restaurants and art gallerys to enjoy. The 12c Priory Church has events in the church through out the year, summer strawberry Fayre and Dickensian Festival in December.
On South Beach is a boating pool and the famous Spa Theatre, where throughout the year top class pop stars, comediens, opera, ballet and stage shows all perform here. You can also enjoy a meal or drink overlooking the sea.
Shopping, is a pleasure in Bridlington as its a level compact area, with high street names and local shops plus the indoor promenade shopping centre. Markets are held in the town centre twice weekly. On the Hull road on the outskirts of Bridlington Strawberryfields carboot/markets are held on Tuesday and Thursday from May to October. The Carnaby area has a factory discount shop selling clothes,hardware,garden equipment, books and toys, a bird of prey centre, a pottery shop and tearooms. Children can also paint a pot here.There is also an indoor play area with slides and cafe. For designer shopping visit Hornsea Freeport a 20 minute drive from Bridlington.
The world famous David Hockney lives here and derives inspiration from the area.
There are two golf courses in Bridlington, both welcome visitors to play golf.
The the night life is varied; quiet pubs, exciting lively bars with live music, sports bars and nightclubs to entertain everyone. The friendly cafes and wide variety of restaurants suit all tastes and budgets. The UK award winning fish and chips are not to be missed.
