There is a family room with a double bed and two singles, along with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin room with en-suite shower room, and additional ground floor basin and WC. There is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside is a patio with furniture, perfect for sitting and watching the buzzards which fly overhead. There is also off road parking for two cars. Just over 6 miles away from Buzzard Heights is Bridgwater, making the cottage a wonderful Somerset base for exploring both country and town.

Bike storage. Shared 10 acre woodland garden with private enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 2 miles, pub with restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Book Christmas week 2013 (at full weekly price of £665) at this property and receive a turkey and bubbly welcome pack, a fully decorated sitting room with Christmas tree and holly, a family gift under the tree and a visit from Santa (optional - children only). Note: This cottage may be suitable for accompanied disabled guests. Motorised scooter, wheelchair, bed and chair hoist and bed back elevator available on request for hire on arrival.

The Bridgwater area
The town of Bridgwater has plenty to interest visitors including shopping, historic buildings and a excellent selection of restaurants and pubs. Also an annual Bridgwater Illuminated Carnival takes place in November. Cheddar is only a few miles away as is Glastonbury, home of King Arthur and pop festivals. The fascinating wetland areas surrounding Bridgwater are internationally renowned for wildfowl and wading birds. Nearby Shapwick Heath has an excellent wetland nature reserve.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
