The Bridgnorth / Stottesdon area
Stottesdon is a small village about 10 miles from the lovely town of Bridgnorth and 15 miles from Ludlow amid the wonderful Shropshire countryside. This pretty village has a small shop and pub, and visitors can enjoy numerous walks, cycling routes and bridleways from here. Chelmarsh Reservoir, ideal for sailing and fishing, is only five miles away. Bridgnorth offers a busy Saturday street market, and the banks of the picturesque River Severn provide relaxing walks. The surrounding area has many beautiful country parks, National Trust homes and gardens, interesting museums and traditional Shropshire villages. Other fascinating attractions around the Bridgnorth area include the Severn Valley Railway, Ironbridge Gorge which offers 10 museums, and the Royal Air Force Museum at Cosford. Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Church Stretton and Much Wenlock are also all within reach of Stottesdon.

,Nice cottage and lovely garden. Well located for Bridgnorth, Ironbridge and Ludlow explorations. Very quiet location down winding country lanes (make sure you have GPS or large scale map!). Only the occasional sounds of cows and wood pigeon to be heard, plus the odd squirrel jumping around the trees.

,This cottage was very well kept and most comfortable, would recommend very highly. The owners where close by the cottage, but left us to have a great holiday. Would recommend a visit to Long Mynd, a wonderful place, also Bridgenorth, a charming town with every thing you need for a truly great holiday. We will use the cottage again, great place.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
