Maison Vaslin is a beautifully presented three-bedroom house situated on the small and exclusive gite arrangement at La Rue Vaslin. Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, between the villages of Parcay les Pins and Gizeux (both offering a range of traditional shops and restaurants), it is ideally located for exploring and enjoying this wonderful region of France.
This traditional Tuffeau-stone house has a wealth of character and charm and is presented in immaculate condition. It features two lovely king-size bedrooms (one en-suite), a large twin bedroom with a TV/DVD (great for children!), a family bathroom, a lovely spacious lounge, and well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher.
Comfortably accommodating six people, Maison Vaslin has the benefit of its own private access and a fully enclosed private garden. It also has the full use of La Rue Vaslin's excellent facilities, which include a superb 11 x 5m pool and games barn, internet stations and communal garden areas.
Inside, the property has wi-fi broadband internet, a 40" Plasma TV, UK Satellite, DVD Player, I-pod dock/speakers, CD Player, and a range of books, DVDs and games for your entertainment.
Outside, the games barn has table tennis and the lovely 11 x 5m pool, which is enclosed and has a safety alarm, has a large south-facing sun terrace. (The pool is open from May - October).
The property location enjoys stunning views, and is within easy reach of the many châteaux, villages, and vineyards for which the region is famed.
For larger groups, Maison Vaslin can be interconnected with its adjoining gite, L'Ecurie, to provide accommodation for up to 10 people

The Loire Valley / Maine-et-Loire region
La Rue Vaslin is located in the heart of the popular Loire Valley, bordering the sought after area of Maine et Loire and Indre Loire. With stunning views, it is a UNESCO World Heritage area of outstanding beauty, and is ideally located for visiting the many châteaux and vineyards for which the region is famed.
The Breil area
La Rue Vaslin is about 2.5km from the traditional villages of Parcay-les-Pins and Gizeuz, both of which offer a range of traditional village shops, bars and cafes. Breil is about 3km, and the nearest market town is Noyant, about 8km. Bourgeil, a lovely market town and with a fabulous hyper-market, is about 15km.
Nearby are many of the châteaux and vineyards for which the region is famed, as well as delightful tuffeau-stone villages that line the River Loire.
Kayaking, tennis, water sports, walking and cycling are all popular activities within the area, and nearby (about 10km) are some magnificent golf courses which are amongst France's most highly acclaimed!
