"Idyllic Country Retreat"

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Upon arrival the Garden House was very clean, tidy and spacious, the kitchen was also very well equipped. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise (Bella our dog especially liked her treats too!) The secure garden was delightful with stunning views and we also got the odd visit from Winston (their cocker spaniel) who is very friendly. The immediate surrounding area has beautiful long walks and it was lovely to sit in the evening on the top patio. This is a great place to base yourself where you can also explore further afield in the Cotswolds with many other villages within driving distance. I really do hope that I get the chance to go back in the not too distant future. Thanks for a wonderful break Hannah, it was very much needed :-)

"Great getaway in the countryside"

We stayed at the garden house with our ten month old and it was a great place to go for walks or drive to nearby cities such as Bristol and Gloucester or visiting sights in the Cotswolds or Dean Forest. The host provided not only a highchair and a cot but also a load of toys for our little one. The only downside of travelling there with such a small child is the fact that the pushchair obviously is not the best choice for walks in the countryside, but if you're able to carry your child in a carrier, then it's great. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Every once in a while, their dog came round to say hello but he's very friendly, so it's no problem staying there with a child.

"Perfect....home from home"

I stayed at the garden House with my partner and 10 year old daughter for a week and we wished it could be longer. Hannah and Matt are lovely and happy to advise on places to go and on hand for the odd mishap. We couldn't have wished for anything better. The facilities in the property and the attention to detail are second to none. Very comfortable and extremely clean on arrival. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The views from the upper garden are spectacular and the surrounding countryside is amazing. Winston the Cocker Spaniel was a real cutie.......will miss his early morning/evening visits. We will definitely be back.....hopefully bring some nicer weather next time but it didn't spoil our stay we had a lovely week.
