Home description
North House is a Grade 2 listed Building situated in the heart of Brecon Town, adjacent to the Parish Church of St Mary’s. It is an ideal base from which to explore the towns amenities, pubs, restaurants, shops, cinema and theatre. The property has been recently renovated to include all the luxury of modern living whilst maintain the best of the original features (beams, fireplaces). The top floor can sleep four in two double bedrooms with a travel cot available on request. There is also a double bed settee in the living room and all the necessary bedding is available. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table and comfortable chair. The bed is simply furnished with good quality plain white bedding but colour is added by the Welsh blankets and scatter cushions. We have also used Welsh blankets as curtains to add warmth and create a cosy a atmosphere. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet, and enough towels are provided for the duration of your stay. The living area has a large sofa and comfortable chair for viewing the TV and DVD player. There is also a large dining table capable of seating six.
The kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. There is also a clothes drier, ironing board and iron in the apartment. We are happy to provide a welcome pack and stock the fridge.

This region of Wales has traditional market towns set in beautiful landscapes. The scenery is varied and there are many events and places of interest including the Hay Festival which takes place in May/June and the Brecon Jazz in August.

North House, St Mary's St, is right in the centre of Brecon close to all the shops and restaurants and pubs and is an ideal base for exploring the area. Being in the town centre, you are only a short drive away from the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park.
