Llwyncor is located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park where the counties of Powys and Carmarthenshire meet. The site is surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Cwmwysg Valley, the head of the famous Usk River. The equally famous River Towy is also within easy reach. The peaks of the Brecon Beacons make up the views to the South and the East and the beautiful Black Mountain fills the view to the West.
Llwyncor, surrounded by mature gardens, lies on a crossroads of ancient green lanes, rights of way that can be followed from the front door to the surrounding countryside, moors and mountains. Short or long walks can be enjoyed without the use of the car from the front door of the house. The market towns of Brecon, Llandeilo and Landovery are within a short drive of the property.
