Set in a 180 acre working farm Pen-yr-allt offers 4 bedroom accommodation sleeping up to 9 guests. The farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with exposed stone fireplace and large family dining table. The light and spacious sitting room with open fireplace has a digital satellite TV, DVD/VIDEO player and stereo system as well as a box of games, books and children's toys.
Sleeping accommodation includes two family rooms each with a double and single bed as well as another double room with double bed and a single room. A large bathroom includes a bath and separate power shower. The beautiful large garden has an enclosed play area for children.
A short walk through adjoining fields provides panoramic views of the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and Hay Bluff.

How to get there
Pen-yr-allt is situated off the A470 between Brecon (4 miles) and Hay-on-Wye (12 miles). From the A470 towards Brecon follow signs for Llanwern, then Ty-Crug before reaching Pen-yr-allt.

Further details indoors: Entrance porch at the back of the house creates space for muddy walking boots and coats. Downstairs shower room has a shower, toilet and hand basin. Pets welcome by arrangement. All oil, electricity, logs, coal, bed linen and tea towels included. TOWELS CAN BE PROVIDED WITH A SMALL CHARGE.
Further details outdoors: Out-building for extra storage, but not secure. Ample parking. Garden furniture is included. Children's play area has swing and slide.
Conditions
Pets are allowed, but generally we would allow just one dog, there is a charge of £15 per animal, but this is negotiable. We ask that any breakages etc be paid for and reported to us.
