The Powys / Brecon Beacons / Powys region
Apart from walking on the glorious Brecon Beacons there are the Carmarthen Fan's just to our west & the newly opened Epynt Way just to the north of us, allows people to walk over extraordinary common land that has been inaccessible since the 1950s when the MOD compulsorily took it over. For those looking for a more gentle stroll there is the charming tow path along the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal with it's many pubs to be visited along the way!
The Brecon / Sennybridge area
There are numerous sites of interest and fun things to do for all the family as well as for those with particular interests such as history, gardening, steam railways, canals and bird watching. There are a range of different licensed activity providers in the area who can be booked for an exhilarating day in or on the water, on horseback, on mountain bikes or on a rock face! - see our activities page for more information!

Comfortable beds, quiet location, beautiful scenery, Wi-Fi a good bonus. Not to far to the local pub and all the amenities we needed were at the house itself. A great stay. The stag weekend went brilliantly and absolutely everyone loved it!! |
