This three-story and 1900+ square foot house is perfect for a family or group vacation in Breck. It's located just 1 1/2 blocks from the shops and restaurants of Main Street. Also, the shuttle bus stops just behind the house for the 5-minute ride to the Peak 9 slopes.
There is a breathtaking view of Breck's slopes from the spacious front deck and a hot-tub on the back deck. The main floor boasts large picture windows and a gas fireplace.
Three bedrooms/bathrooms includes a queen bed in the master bedroom, a unique double-single bunk bed in the main floor bedroom, twin beds in the basement bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the main floor living room.
There is also a full kitchen with modern appliances, spacious counter-tops, and a bar with barstools. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 people.
The single-car attached garage includes storage space for your ski/outdoor equipment. There is also an additional spot in the driveway for a second car.

The Colorado/Rocky Mountains region
Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, Breckenridge is an old mining town full of Victorian buildings and lots of charm.
Be sure to check out the 3 peaks for skiing, sledding, etc. in the winter months and rafting, waterskiing, boating, etc in the warmer months.

Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, and more.
Summer activities include fishing, rafting, hiking, horseback riding, boating, swimming, camping, and the super slides. Of course, town restaurants and shopping are year-round activities.
